话务员对于大多数人来说，只是简单的传话筒，在我未接触这个职业之前，我也是这种想法，但当我真正做了这份工作时，对这三个字早有了更新，更深的认识。
刚进电信公司工作时，一切都是新奇的，我对面里所有的事物都充满了好奇，看着老话务员们熟练的操作和对用户的对答如流，我羡慕不已，我以她们为我学习的榜样，开始努力学习各种业务和服务技巧，通过一段时间的学习和培训，经终于可以上机接听电话了，戴上耳机，坐在电脑前，我十分的激动，接到用户的电话，我回答的声音都有些发抖。
经过短暂的适应期，我可以独立接听用户的电话了，但这时我已经没有了刚进来时的激情和好奇，我们这里是24小时为用户提供服务的，所以我们上的都是轮班，这种轮班完全打乱了我的正常生活规律，有很多的话务员都因为吃饭不准时得了胃病，有很多有小孩的同事更是没有时间照顾家里了，当别人在吃饭时，我们是坐在电脑旁，当别人进入梦乡时，当别人过年过节全家团圆时，我们都是坐在电脑旁边为用户服务。
我们的工作就是用语言为用户解答各种电信业务，我们面对形形色色的用户，每天都可以听到用户的建议，发泄，评论，表扬，每个用户申告的问题都不一样，情绪也都不一样，我们都要用专业的回答让客户满意而归，用户打进电话就需要我们话务员为他们解决问题，对于我们来说要解决用户的问题，就需要利用大量的业务时间去补充自己的业务，积累自己的专业知识，还要不断向有经验的同事学习各种服务技巧，提高自己的服务技巧。
话务员是一个重复，枯燥的工作，我要以用户服务为中心，用热忱的服务接待每一个用户。
二： 日子过得真快，一眨眼的工夫，我在忙忙碌碌中不知不觉已平稳度过入职以来的第一个月，回首过去，展望未来，总结一个多月以来的经验教训，取他山之石，对于我而言，没有最好，只有更好。
俗话说：没有规矩不成方圆。
毋庸置疑， 我们在日常工作中，首先必须遵守好公司的每一条规章制度，执行好每一个工作流程。
牢记好每一个规范用语。
除此之外，我认为还应该注意以下几点细节，在实践中不断完善自我。
接听迅速。
在商品经济时代的今天，时间就是金钱，所以我们更应该为客户、为自己着想，迅速接听电话，为客户、为自己节省宝贵的时间。
礼貌用语。
拿起电话的第一句应该是：“您好
”紧接着就必须报名自己的身份——“您好，某某公司，有什么可以帮助您吗
”当然与此同时最好通过客户资料，在通话中经常使用客户的姓氏尊称他。
在与交谈时，可以及时稍微介绍新的业务。
“请您稍等。
”在电话接听中，尽量少用。
因为对业务熟练掌握的话务员会熟练的回答客户的疑问，既为别人又为自己节省了时间，又能解决问题而令客户满意而归，从而提升公司在客户心目中的地位。
