首先我帮你明确目标，是想取得辩论赛的胜利，还是想自己多出点彩。
当然最好的结果是二者都有。
其次辩论，很大程度是靠气势，所以不能一开始就怕对手。
要抱着教训对手的想法投入到比赛前的准备。
最后，表演时要脱稿，面带笑容对评委和观众，只有在关注鼓掌和发言结束时看对手。
