学习体会： 体会一： 学习了《美国教师是这样讲的》一文感触到中美教育的差距性。
中国教师拿到课文之后第一想到的是本课的生词是什么，哪个段落比较好要让学生背一下，作者的简介是什么。
总之，第一想到的就是考试考什么。
在这种思想的支配下教师能更深的挖掘故事、解读人物吗
分数挤掉了教师对孩子人格的培养、健康心理的塑造、为人处事的道理、良好行为习惯的培养。
中国的学生从学生时代就已经落后了。

体会二： 学了这篇文章后，第一感到的是教师对学生的尊重，当孩子讲完故事时，教师对他表示了感谢，这说明了师生之间的平等关系，这一环节教师也把自主权交给了学生。
教师让学生想一想12点之后会发生什么事，给学生留下了思考的空间，让学生展开合理的想象。

这些在我们的课堂上，教师也能做到，但是如果在课堂上提到和男孩子约会的事情恐怕很少有人做到，可见，中国教师的思想还是比较保守，其实交给学生一些和异性相处的知识和礼仪也不是一件尴尬的事情，尤其的高年级的学生正处在青春期，让他们了解一些相关知识反而有助于学生的成长，今后的教学中要逐渐转变思想，跟上时代的步伐
体会五： 学完全文最深的感受就是文中的老师考虑问题的全面，重视学生能力的培养。
比如：文中写到“如果你是辛黛瑞拉的后妈，你会不会阻止辛黛瑞拉去参加王子的舞会
