For those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.The rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay, they have come to pass. Greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, God like feature that only the special among can achieve. It’s something that truly exists, in all of us. It’s very important for you to believe that you are the one!Most people they raise a family, they earn a living and then they die. They stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, the stop pushing themselves. Then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. And most people don’t work on their dreams – why?1. Is because of fear, fear of failure “what if things don’t work out“?2. Is fair of success “what if they do and I can’t handle it?”These are not risk takersYou have spent so much time with other people, you have spent so much time trying to get people to like you, you know other people more than you know yourself. You’ve studied them, you know about them, you want to hang out with them, you want to be just like them. You’ve invested so much time on them, you don’t know who you are. I challenge you to spend time by yourself.It’s necessary, that you get the losers out of your life, if you want to live your dream. But people who are running towards their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning. When you become the ‘right-person’, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people you begin to have a certain uniqueness, as long as you follow other people, as long as you are being a ‘copy-cat’, you will never ever be the best copy-cat in the world but you will be the best you can be!I challenge you to define your value.Everybody won’t see it, everybody won’t join you, everybody won’t have the vision…it’s necessary to know that you are an uncommon breed. It’s necessary that you align yourself with people and attract people into your business, who are hungry, people who are unstoppable and unreasonable, people who are refusing to live life just as it is and who want more!The people that are living their dreams are parting with winners, to attach themselves to the and the people who are living their dreams are the people that know that if it’s going to happen it’s up to them!If you want to be more successful, if you want to have and do stuff you never done before then I’m asking you to invest in you!Someones opinion of you does not have to become your reality.You don’t have to go through life being a victim. And even though you face disappointments, you have to know within yourself that ‘I can do this, even if no one else sees it for me, I must see it for myself!’No matter how bad it is, how hard it gets, say to yourself, I’m going to make it!I wanna represent an idea. 也许，人们现在正愁着怎样个吃法，才能把那苦比黄莲的果子一咽入肚。
但是，伤感的人们是否想到要改变这个现实呢
我相信，英明的人总有超越庸人的感知能力。
我们每天走到每个角落的时候，无论或俯或仰，都能看到一些“增强环保意识”等刺人的字眼。
那些由英明之人所写的字，都是由他们心底所发的。
为了改变藏满污秽的世界，为了减轻人类无法弥补的罪行，为了增强无意识的庸人的环保意识。
他们奋不顾身地举起了那轰动人心的字眼——保护大自然。
既然精明能干的人付出了如此大的代价，他们为了什么
还是不是为了带动有意识的一起来保护我们的家园吗
我们为何不跟着这些人一起行动起来，来改变身边的环境呢
难道我们还有什么理由一直错下去呢
不
已经没有任何一个理由来当我们的藉口了，而我们有了一万个行动起来的理由。

让曾经迷惘的灵魂清醒过来，抓住事实的把柄，让伤痛的人跟着醒悟的灵魂向前冲吧
改变眼前好残酷的现实吧
减轻自身的滔天罪行，让那些恶心的废彻底从我们生活中减少、消失。
让天空变得蔚蓝、白云变得洁白，河水变得清澈；让它们流进我们干旱的心田，让绿色住进枯黄的眼睛里。
从此，受束缚的太阳挣脱乌云的笼罩，再放射出令人怀念已久的光芒，让母亲大地恢复原来的容貌

清华是一所有着百年历史的名校，这里诞生了很多杰出的科学家、商业和政治领袖。
我上一次访问清华是在1997年。
当时，中国学生的才华、热情和创造性给我留下了很深的印象。
之后，我决定在中国设立微软亚洲研究院。
在沈向洋博士的领导下， 在清华等大学优秀毕业生的协助下，微软亚洲研究院取得了成功，为微软公司作出了巨大贡献。
在各种国际会议上都可以见到他们的身影。
他们也为微软的新产品如Windows Vista的诞生，付出了辛勤的努力。
在计算机科学迅速发展的今天，身为清华的学生是件激动人心的事。
我们才刚刚开始接触到软件魔法带来的奇妙体验。
全世界有十亿计算机用户，他们才刚刚开始分享信息。
随着半导体、光纤技术的发展，软件可以做更多的事情： 今天的电视还是被动的，在未来，你可以从因特网下载节目，电视将能和人交流、互动； 昨天我参观了中国农科院稻米研究所，看到那里的技术人员开始用软件来区分不同的稻米，为其排序，以后还可以通过软件的分析计算，用较少的农药培育出高产量的优良品种； 医学界已经开始用软件来管理数据库； 今天的手机已经成为我们的“数字钱包”，可以显示地图，上网查找信息，未来它还将可以和人交流； 平板电脑的出现，使得在教室可以无线上网，用电脑录音、识别手写的文字。
这样，学生无需课本就能实现更有效的学习，老师也可以看到世界各地的优秀教案。
当然，软件的未来还面临很多挑战， 比如：如何使得用户更容易掌握
如何实现人工智能
但不管怎样，就计算机科学而言，我们所处的都是最激动人心的时代。
中国正在快速发展，对世界经济、科技创新正在做出越来越大的贡献。
微软公司愿意帮助中国公司的成长，帮助所有的中国公民享受到计算机科学进步所带来的成果：微软已经开展项目，帮助中国的进城务工人员、残疾人尤其是盲人享受科技成果； 微软已经捐资设立了五所希望小学和五所网上希望小学； 微软也同中国政府及大学合作，设立了很多学术交流项目，鼓励优秀外国专家来华讲学； 有来自39所亚太地区大学的超过2000名学生曾在微软亚洲研究院实习，并有120人获得了研究资助，其中清华所占学生人数最多； 本学年，微软亚洲研究院的研究人员将在清华开设一门课程：“计算机研究的热门领域”。
我还想借此机会宣布，微软公司将在清华设立“杰出访问学者”项目。
在该项目下，微软亚洲研究院每年将邀请一位世界知名的计算机专家到姚期智教授领导的理论计算机科学研究所讲学。
第一位获邀来访的是美国麻省理工大学的弗朗斯·凯斯霍德教授。
总之，我今天非常高兴来到贵校，并在接受我的母校哈佛大学颁给我名誉博士学位之前就成为清华的名誉博士。
刚才，我和大家分享了软件领域在未来可能出现的一些突破，以及它们会给企业带来的机会、为残疾人和学生提供的帮助。

My family was rather poor when I was in my childhood. We didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. The room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. I didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. This is terrible both for my parents and me. But father made this all different
he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,I have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer. When I was little, I did everything with my dad. You could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. Every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character. I learnt a lot from my daddy. I learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile. Like many other fathers, my dad and I also has generation gap. He is not good at or even can’t work the computer. So when I sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. How can I- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? So I continue studying and playing on it Years pasted, my father is over 45 now. On the one hand, some of the western holidays which we Chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as Father’s Day and April Fool’s Day etc. On the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in China. Overwhelmed by such a trend,Chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture. With the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. Do you know what is the connotation of the Global Citizenship ? So I think the sentence of Global Citizenship begins at home means that everyone should be the global citizen ,should take the responsibility to protect our mother land .Global citizenship begins at home ,let we do it through the children and the parents ,through the school and the society, thou the government .There’s an old saying : Action speaks louder than words.
