非常感谢部门以及班组领导对我的信任，安排我参加这次酒店组织的《展现员工风采演讲比赛》，既是对我个人成长的关心和爱护，也是对我工作的一次监督和生活的展现，更是对潇湘华天酒店工作的高度重视和支持，厨师演讲稿。
我将利用本次演讲的契机，认真回顾检查自己履行职责的工作以及生活态度，诚恳听取上级领导的审议和批评，不断改进工作，更好地履行职责。
我是餐饮部的一名员工，一名普通的厨师。
我的工作岗位不是在火焰洪亮的炉灶，也不是在直接对客服务的明档，是一名普通得不能在普通的凉菜师，职业没有高低贵贱之分，岗位也同样如此，我保持了我良好的心态，以稳定我对待工作平稳的发挥，因为我充满自信，对自己，对生活，对将来，那是因为我的脑子里永远都有着一种坚定无比的信念。
