Don’t Let the Waves Beat You Down 不要被海浪击败Sometimes body surfing can turn into an all-out knockdown fest from the ocean. Wave after wave seems to come quicker before you can catch a good one. If you procrastinate, whine, and complain about the hard situations in life, the waves of difficulties will roll you upside down. Be proactive when facing down a challenge. At sea one must know which way they are heading and have the strength to get there. It is the same in life. But if you get caught in an undertow, the best thing to do is let it take you where it will and then swim back to shore. It brings with it relaxation, rest, and an unworried state of mind. 起先，我想谈谈自我来到大学之后的感触与想法。
刚进入大学我们都参加了军训，那对于我来说是第一次带着苦涩与汗水的美好留恋，军训，让我明白了什么事团结与不懈，它在我的大学生活中平添了几分自信与勇气。
伴随着社团的招新与一项项层出不穷的比赛，使原本就对大学充满无限崇高理想和五笔美好憧憬的我，对大学也就有了更近一步的定义。
斗转星移，岁月如梭，回首间，恍如昨日的一幕却已相隔半年之久，时光总在人们不经意间悄悄溜走。
如今，站在这里，我更加地知道我的大学拉开帷幕已经很久了。

大学是一个新的起点，今天的我已超过昨天的我，明天的我也必将超过今天”。
是的，大学是我们练习振翅的地方，挑战自我，突破自我的地方。
大学里除了要学到一定的知识外，更重要的是学习获得知识的能力，以及对事物的推理，对知识创新的能力。
在大学里，我盟可以失败一千次一万次，但当走上社会一次的失败就会使我们很难再爬起来，大学里的失败就是为以后社会上的成功而积聚力量。
蓝色的“多瑙河”不过是大学生活中的小插曲吧了，在犹豫的日子里我总是告诫自己要坚强地走过，不放弃，不哭泣，直到梦想实现的那一天，我不再祈求痛苦与挫折有所止境，唯独抱着一刻战胜困难的心，因为我明白，只要自己能够勇敢地踏出坚实的一步，用自己的聪明才智，靠自己的真实本领，才能做最真实的自己，做最好的自己。
驻足现在，展望未来，新的起点，新的征程，大学，让我们踏入了新的天地。

即使是那些在校时贬得他的母校犹如人间地狱的人，多年以后，回忆起大学时光，也往往会感慨万分，甚至泪流满面。
不管你未来大学过得如何，至少你要时刻提醒自己:人生只有一个大学阶段。
我的大一和很多人一样，没有一点光彩,是茫然的没有方向的。
虽然我每天都往返于宿舍、食堂、教室，过着三点一线生活，有时会去个图书馆，但却没有认真的学习过。
除了在快考试时认真的的去复习会。
参加的课外活动也很少，一些精彩纷呈的派对、丰富多彩的社团活动、各种各样的讲座,尽管每一项都充满着诱惑力，但我却选择了一条寂寞的路。
生活是那么的空虚、无聊，我好像迷失了自我，如行尸走肉般地活着当我独自一人静静待着的时候，我都会陷入深深的沉思：难道就要这样昏昏噩噩地度过四年的大学时光吗
难道青春就是这样碌碌无为、没有光彩吗
不，不，不是这样的，大学的生活应该不单要学习，还应该有更丰富多彩的内容。
于是我重新规划了我的大学生活。
具体到了每一天，并且每天都要落实。
还积极的参加了一些课外活动。
如今这个学期快接近尾声了，在这几个月里有酸也有甜，也有苦，也有乐。
虽然每天有点累，有点忙，但我觉得过的很充实。
