听了一些对演讲题的分析1. 故事，有价值的big story2. 国家的故事家两个百年目3. 我就是国家，我的故事其实就是国家的缩影4. 可从正面或侧面反应2049年国家的样子首先，这不是论述题，而是一个讲故事的过程，需要有故事的基本元素，比如时间人物地点，而这个故事得发生在2049年，也必须要够“big”， 不能天马行空地讲大话讲空话，比如把流浪地球搬过来用，这与建成富强民主文明和谐社会是有一定出入的。
其次，2049年将完成国家的百年目标，也就是说，在这个时候国家很多未完成的改善都得到了一定的提升。
这么说你可能不太能理解，我举几个例子，比如social security，education， environment，policies，technology等等等等，都可以作为演讲的中心主题，主要还是看自己的创新和新颖度，如何做到脱颖而出第三，任何一个大话题都太大，可以缩小到某一个特点的话题，某一个我们身边都能接触到的话题。
例如environment，你可以讲到ecosystem，但生态系统太大没法处处提及，但如果再缩小到rubbish，垃圾分类大家身边都能看到的吧
这就是很好地将自己融入到国家的改变，以及成为国家缩影。
最后一点是我个人认为最重要的一点，就是instructive meaning，也就是得有一个theme。
讲故事讲到最后，连别人都不知道你到底想表达什么主题的话，通常跟放大话没有什么区别。
常常这个theme，也将是你的小标题，懂吧

首先，我感谢学院，向在座各位朋友，向各兄弟院校的老师和同学，表示诚挚问候和良好祝愿
我的演讲题目是“改革开放30年，历史告诉未来” 今年是中国改革开放30周年，对中国和中国人民来说是一个具有特殊意义的年份。
30年来，中国成功实现了从高度集中的计划经济体制到充满活力的社会主义市场经济体制、从封闭半封闭到全方位开放的伟大历史转折，中国的经济总量从世界第十一位跃至世界第四位，中国成为世界第三大贸易国，中国人民的生活水平从温饱不足发展到总体小康，中国的面貌发生了历史性变化。
见证这些成果时，让我们来回顾以下历史
1978年，以中共十一届三中全会为标志，共和国作出了决定国家前途命运的关键抉择，改革开放大幕拉开，古老的中国发生了历史性的变化。
到2008年，改革开放步入而立之年，回眸这30个年头，中国经济社会实现了前所未有的大突破、大跨越和大发展;思想不断解放，观念不断更新，改革逐步深化并推动开放，开放也进一步促进改革。
“向海而兴，背海而衰。
禁海几亡，开海则强”，30年间的改革开放恰如600年前的郑和下西洋一样，我们正是以一种更加开放的精神走向世界，为中华民族的和平崛起和伟大复兴，开洋看世界。
我们一起重温历史。
第一个经济体制改革方案的出台，第一个建立新闻发言人制度的中央机关，第一个股份制企业的诞生，第一个获得国际大奖的中国影片，第一个在国内举办的外国时装展，第一部移动电话的问世……许多现在看来已经成为基本常识的“新生事物”，在当时曾经引起多么剧烈的震动。
我们试图梳理发展脉络。
我们不局限于对过往记忆的“叫醒”，更试图“窥斑知豹”，见微知著。
我们不忘记抬头远眺社会森林之广阔，也更会低头审视一草一木生根发芽成长之生动。
我们想从社会的每一个风云变幻、脉搏跳动中，对发展历程进行分析、解读和判断，得出中国前进的逻辑和路径。
这30年的历史，是国家综合国力从“濒于崩溃边缘”到“当惊世界殊”的历史;这30年的历史，是通过一次次思想解放大讨论、破除各种思想束缚、寻找或者回归发展常识的历史;这30年的历史，是改革不适合现代化发展要求的体制机制、建立现代国家发展模式的历史;这30年的历史，是“放眼向洋看世界”对外开放、加大国际合作、逐渐融入世界的历史;这30年的历史，也是认识到须由单向的经济发展拓展为政治、文化、社会全面推进的科学发展的历史;这30年的历史，更是探求“以人为本”、弘扬人的价值，保护私产、保障自由、彰显权益的历史，因而也是全体人民共同创造的历史。
前进不是一帆风顺的。
改革开放的每一步，都伴随着对发展常识的重新发现和回归，都伴随着旧思想、旧体制的革除和新理念、新体制的建立。
每当遇到前进中的困难，也总有人对改革开放提出各种责难，但是，经过一番思想的讨论，“改革不可动摇”仍会成为一种广泛的共识。
这是因为，30年的成果，改革给了人们实惠和幸福，以及信心和希望———实践，任何时候都是检验真理的惟一标准。
讲到实践，我向大家讲一位老共产党员对改革开放以来对工资条的记录
1979年我的工资是123元，1988年150元，1998年1051元，2008年4620元……逐页翻看闫老悉心保存的这些工资单，我真的眼睁睁看到了社会经济发展的力量。
从123元到4620元，近40倍的差距，就发生在改革开放之后的30年。
而同样引起我兴趣的，还有每月记账单上所记录下来的当时的物价。
在闫老记录的179年4月份的收支情况中，记者看到了这样的记录：“煤500斤4.95元；水果0.1元；豆腐0.1元；缸1.3元；锅盖0.1元……”听到我对物价上涨的感叹，闫兴俊老人开朗地笑了：“物价上涨，最多20倍，我们工资却涨了40倍，算下来，还是咱老百姓赚了，日子一天比一天好嘛
” 随着国力的日益强盛，人民生活水平的不断提高，2001年，当前国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇在莫斯科高声宣读：beijing，china，我国获得2008奥运会的举办权，作为一个人，一个中国人，我发自心底的为我们的祖国，我们的首都感到高兴。
现在离北京奥运会开幕式只剩下77天了
让我们一起高喊，北京加油
说到这里就要来讲什么是真正的奥运精神运精神是：“更快、更高、更强”。
而支撑和造就“更快、更高、更强”的是什么
是“自信、自强、自尊”。
这既是奥运精神的原动力，更是奥运精神的境界升华。
我们要弘扬奥运的拼搏精神。
我们要像奥运健儿一样，在成长过程中，不怕困难，不怕挫折。
积极进取。
在学习的过程中主动地学习，用丰富的知识充实自己。
用优异的成绩回报祖国、回报社会
我们在举办奥运的同时，不能忘了奥运会的政治含义
我们清楚的记得在2004年的雅典奥运会上，当刘翔登上领奖台时，他头上戴了一个由橄榄枝编成的头环。
这绿色的橄榄枝不正是代表着绿色奥运吗
橄榄枝象征着和平，而奥运正是传递和平的载体，我们不能简单的理解没有战争就是和平。
人与自然和谐相处也是和平最本质的含义。
节约资源、保护环境这种追求人与自然和谐相处的具体行为正是奥林匹克精神的具体体现。
所以我们说：和平是奥运的灵魂，奥运是和平的载体，绿色奥运是我们从更高的境界在追求和平。
当伟大的精神被平凡广泛的具体化以后，这种精神就被弘扬和光大了。
绿色奥运应该从点滴做起，从我做起，从我周边的人做起。
弘扬奥林匹克精神，宣传奥运理念，让2008北京奥运真正做到绿色奥运。
这正是每一个见证改革开放的人们的义不容辞的责任。
也是我们当代大学生的一种思想境界和追求
今年是改革开放30周年，国家将隆重纪念并对“改革开放30年的经验进行系统的回顾总结”。
纪念过去是为了未来。
随着经济体制的不断变革，社会结构、利益格局、思想观念都发生了深刻变化，一些长久积累未解决的问题和矛盾已经凸显，改革由此进入“深水区”。

下面笔者就以乔布斯2005年斯坦福大学毕业演讲稿为范本来具体剖析一下英语演讲稿的写作要点，帮助大家了解其基本写作要领。
结构清楚，逻辑清晰 由于公共演讲的听众一般有数十人甚至数百、数千人，再加上演讲环境的不确定性(比如观众的欢呼或者抱怨)，演讲者最好在进入主题之后马上给出所讲内容的框架结构，使听众能跟随演讲者的思路，更好地预判整个演讲内容，以达到良好的演讲效果。
比如，乔布斯在2005年斯坦福大学毕业典礼上的演讲中，开篇稍微寒暄之后就进入正题：“Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That’s it. No big deal. Just three stories.”听众马上能对演讲内容做出预判——今天会听到乔布斯谈三点，然后他们会关注具体是哪三点。
这种演讲就具备了“以观众为中心”的特质。
乔布斯在随后的演讲中分别提到，The first story is about connecting the dots.My second story is about love and loss.My third story is about death.由于演讲思路非常明晰，听众在听完之后也会记忆犹新。
当然，演讲稿在结构方面的逻辑顺序有许多种，乔布斯的这篇演讲是按照话题顺序和时间顺序来安排的。
除此之外，还有空间顺序，“提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的顺序等。
大家可以根据不同演讲内容的需要来安排自己演讲稿的逻辑顺序和整体结构。
开篇出彩，吸引听众 演讲稿的开篇往往需要花费大量的功夫去设计。
在写作开篇时，演讲者需要结合听众特点、演讲场合和演讲主题等因素，争取在一开始就紧紧抓住听众的注意力和兴趣。
下面笔者就介绍一下基本的演讲开篇模式，供大家以后写作演讲稿参考。
演讲稿开篇的目的是吸引听众。
乔布斯在他的演讲稿开篇使用的是“关联话题与听众”的方式。
这是一种比较有效的方法，因为人们一般对自己的事情都很关注，和自己相关的事情也会格外留意。
乔布斯在演讲开篇说道：I am honored to be with you today for your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. Truth be told, I never graduated from college. And this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation.高度赞美斯坦福大学——这就是在与听众发生关联。
乔布斯就是通过这种方式让听众一开始就对自己产生好感或对自己的演讲内容产生兴趣。
当然，乔布斯还用了适当的幽默，更好地融洽了与听众的关系。
除了乔布斯的这种开篇方式外，我们还需要了解和掌握其他一些开篇方式：①指出演讲话题的重要性。
比如要做一场关于“英语演讲的艺术”的演讲，演讲者在一开始就可以指出该演讲对于听众今后的学习、工作将会有很大帮助，甚至可以给出一些数据和实例，让听众明白不听这个演讲将会是一个损失，这样听众就会乐于认真听演讲了。
②使听众感到震惊。
例如要做一场关于“生活方式与疾病”的演讲，开篇就可以给出一组极具冲击力的数据，让听众看到生活方式不健康将会产生多么可怕的后果，这样的震惊能够使听众快速调整状态，投入到听演讲中去。
③引起听众的好奇心。
演讲者可以在开篇指出一种特别的现象，听众出于好奇就会认真听演讲，想知道演讲者如何分析或解释。
④向观众提问。
演讲者可以在开篇提出一个问题，这样可以引发听众的思考，也会引导他们去听演讲者如何解答问题。
此外，也可以在开篇引用一段名言，或是讲述一个故事等，这些基本的开篇方式被无数的演讲证明是实用而且有效的。
观点明确，支撑有效 毫无疑问，在演讲稿中，主体段的信息量最大，写作量也最大。
如何清晰地阐释演讲者的观点或演讲要点，如何用相关事实有效地支撑演讲者的各个论点或要点，是演讲稿主体段写作时应该把握的关键。
乔布斯在斯坦福大学的毕业演讲中明确给出了三个要点：① The first story is about connecting the dots. ② My second story is about love and loss. ③ My third story is about death.为了清晰、有效地阐述自己想要表达的这三个要点，他运用了以下三种手段：首先是举例子。
乔布斯在演讲中用了大量的事例来说明他怎么对待学习、工作和死亡。
比如他说自己读书时旁听有意思的书法课程，这些课在当时对他没什么实质帮助，但是十年后在当他设计第一款Macintosh电脑的时候，这些东西全派上了用场，这个例子充分说明了他演讲的第一个要点——串起生命中的点滴。
另一个手段是引用。

结尾有“道”，画龙点睛 演讲的结尾往往需要起到“画龙点睛”的作用，要尽量做到意味深长、启发思考。
开篇和正文再好，如果结尾过于平淡，整个演讲的精彩程度也会大打折扣。
那么如何做到结尾有“道”呢
