今天是中国传统节日“七夕”。
现在不少人称之为“中国情人节”，精明的商家更是趁机打着“中国情人节”的口号搞起了促销。
民俗专家表示，将“七夕”称为“情人节”是对这个节日的误读，远不如叫“中国爱情节”来得更贴切些。
七夕在中国已有2000多年历史，又称“乞巧节”“女儿节”，还有叫“双七”“香日”“星期”“巧夕”“双七”“兰夜”“穿针节“等等，是中国传统节日中最具浪漫色彩的一个节日，也是姑娘、妇女们重视和喜爱的日子。
