军事体能训练，包含内容广泛。
普通军事训练生活中，主要以：单杠练习、双杠练习、双拳俯卧撑练习、四百米障碍、越野三公里跑、全副武装五公里跑、蛙跳20米、生蹲100、鸭子步50米、紧急集合、仰卧起坐100......趣味性训练如：同心协力、拔河、冲百米.......军事体能训练内容是有一定保密性的，如特种部队、蛙人部队、维和部队、航天部队、导弹部队等。
什么情况下在国内出动军队
个人浅见：以我国的安全保卫能力，很少可能会出现拥有强大火力的KONG怖分子能够入境并进入大型商场，而且公安及WU警有能力处置好这类情况，部队最多提供一下细节支持。
其实我国出动军队就目前来看最多还是在救灾方面。
