5S管理是精益管理的基石 5S管理是精益管理的基石,其主要目的是建立生产现场“基本的工作秩序” ,它源于1950年代逐渐形成的“丰田生产方式(TPS)”。
由于其在日本和其他国家和地区的成功实践,被奉为职场的“基本遵守”,并逐步扩展到办公场所、医院、学校和政府等各行各业,并持续取得了成功。
5S的含义 5S是日语“整理(せいり)、整顿(せいとん),清扫(せいそう),清洁(せいけつ),素养(しつけ)”日语发音Seili、Seiton、Seisao、Seikeicu、Sicukei的首字母的缩写。
5S的称呼在全世界成了精益管理中的专有名词和惯用称呼,直到几年前国内突然有了“6S”的提法:说5S已经不能满足企业需要了,需要增加第6个“S”,即安全,安全的英文是Safety。
自从有了这个“突破”,后来又有人“发现”,需要加上第7个S才能满足企业需要,即节俭(Save)。
