Never forget we should show our sympathy to the people and animals whose life is miserable now. what makes a good teacher? A good teacher is also an eager learner who strives to make constant progress in his specialty and other relevant fields. Knowledge is meant to be enjoyed. A good teacher should first experience such intellectual happiness and than pass it onto students. Unlike the classic idea of resentful learners who hit the boring fossil textbooks and take an unlimited number of meaningless tests, the true purpose of teaching and learning is to inspire rather than frustrate students in the understanding and acquisition of knowledge and skills. If a teacher fails on this account, he is nothing but a broadcasting machince dilivering one-way messages to the receivers. Successful teaching involves creating value for students, and bring about a win-win situation to teacher and students. Each party gains in the teaching process. Due to the limitation and problems inherent in our education system, teaching, regardless of on what level, produces a bunch of angry and confused students unsure about their ability, potential, and future in career. Most of the truly achievers I know, are self-motivated and they study in a different way with their counterparts. The causes for such tragedy are deeply rooted in the pursuit of pure excellent grade instead of the true and deeper meaning of learning. Like products and services, education is also governed by the law of market. In the short-run, students might get what seems to be valuable to them, but in the long run both our nation and people lose in the tough global economic competition. 我觉得这个比较好说一点，纯属个人见解，希望给你一点参考启迪，祝你好运
