一个星期7天都是早中晚三个班，晚班必须是两个人 那么没戏只能再增加一个了或者可以 早班1个人 中班一个人 晚班1个人固定了 1个人休息 然后 早班 或者中班的人去1个晚班那边
当保安上晚班的时候要怎么才不会困
