一、提高素质，更新观念英语教学成败的关键在教师，教师要想以高质量教学迎接新课程提出的挑战，就需要全方位地提高自身的综合素质。
新课程的教学内容更强调前沿性和创新性，这就要求教师要了解、熟悉、掌握教学内容，明确新课程标准中提出的各项要求。
只有永远置身于英语教学的前沿，密切追踪英语教学发展的新动向，及时更新教学观念，不断给课堂教学内容注入新观点、新方法，才能真正优化教学过程，构建高效课堂，提高课堂教学的实效性。
二、集体备课，目标明确明确、具体、全面的教学目标是保证课堂教学实效性的重中之重。
坚持集体备课。
每单元由主备课人（负责该单元教学设计者）主讲，其他人补充，讨论后集体制定教学目标、确定重点难点、设计教学过程。
三、研究学生，优化教法教师多角度了解学生，组织适合自己学生的教学。
课堂教学方法的选择是提高课堂教学效率的关键。
采用适当、合理、有效的英语教学方法能够起到事半功倍的效果。
俗话说：“教无定法，贵要得法”。
只要能激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的学习积极性，有助于学生思维能力的培养，有利于所学知识的掌

我觉得用《五年高考三年模拟》这本书比较好，里面有答题的规律总结以及命题方向，可以指导复习。
同时答案也比较详细，挺好的。

1、学习外语与情意的关系。
外语课堂教学既是一个掌握外语的认知过程，也是一个激励情意的过程。
课堂教学中的情意因素包括情意和意志。
情意包括动机、兴趣、态度、气质、性格和良好的习惯等。
学生在学习、掌握外语的过程中伴随着传递情意的活动，学习外语和交流情意相互间紧密联系，相互促进，组成一个整体。
情意的产生受学习外语认知活动的影响，学习外语的认知活动能促进情意由低级向高级发展，由低层次向深层次发展。
学生初学外语时，会产生一种好奇心，好奇心不断获得满足，从而又产生了求知欲；求知欲不断获得满足，进而树立了自信心；自信心不断增强，并与崇高远大的理想相联系和强化，可使兴趣发展得更丰富，从而形成认知兴趣。
因此，教师在外语课堂教学过程中，既要重视掌握语言知识和运用语言能力目标的完成，又要重视情意目标的实现。
但是，当前有些外语课堂教学还未把情意目标提到教学议事日程上来，或者有意无意地把它忽视了。
2、语言知识与交际能力的关系。
语言是重要的交际工具。
学习英语的目的，不仅仅是掌握语言知识，更是为了提高运用语言进行交际的能力。
