弗拉德三世·采佩什(罗马尼亚语:Vlad al III-lea Ţepeş，1431年11月或12月-1476年12月)瓦拉几亚大公(1448年，1456年-1462年，1476年11月-12月)。
采佩什在罗马尼亚语中的意思是穿刺，他被人称作穿刺公。
是著名的吸血鬼德拉库拉伯爵的原型。
1431年（另有1430年一说），采佩什出生于特兰西瓦尼亚。
