斗岩风景区，位于诸暨市西南部，距市区和五泄风景区均为15公里，景区面积8平方公里。
主峰斗岩，原名陡岩，意示其陡然而立，峥嵘峭拔。
后人以其四环峰峦似天上星斗列宿排列，遂更名为斗岩。
游览斗岩，趣在攀登。
斗岩以其峰奇、岩陡、石怪、洞幽、泉清而著称。
斗岩景区有点将台、斗岩大佛、金井龙潭、仙 洞府、千步云梯、白云禅院、龙王殿、千佛聚首等大小景点五十多处，由F形主游道呈放射状连接，游客可以顺游道石阶逐一登临观赏。
赏美景揽山水风光 礼古寺观千佛风采斗岩大佛 到达斗岩景区，抬头远望，便可见到斗岩大佛。
大佛位于景区西黄山东侧，整个佛像由一块巨岩构成，除面部稍有修饰外，全尊坐像轮廓自然天成，是中国第一天然大佛。
佛像高81．6米，由头、胸、腹三部分组成，比四川乐山大佛还高21．4米。
该佛头大、身小，腹部隐入树林中，呈趺坐人定状。
佛头宽30米，高37米，慈眉善目，微笑祥和，远视更佳。
金井龙潭 位于山腰间游道左侧，临近瑶台。
相传受明开国皇帝朱元璋敕封为“金井龙潭”。
潭侧有一岩崖，清泉从裂隙龙头口泄出，久而成潭。
潭长约三米，深约二米左右。
潭壁清泉常年淙淙沥沥，无论久旱长雨，始终不涸不溢，泉水晶莹剔透，甘如醴泉，据专家检测，泉水含有多种微量元素，常饮有益健康。
潭旁建有外封闭式的石碑坊一座，上悬“金井龙潭”匾额，两旁石柱刻有对联“金井龙王府，白云仙人家”。
据说有时早晨，太阳露红，此处可见白雾翻腾，浮漾飘忽其间。
白云禅院 禅院坐落在斗岩山主峰斗岩脚边，这里茂林修竹，人文景观丰富，游人至此主要为礼佛赏景。
禅院由天王殿，大雄宝殿、龙王殿和东山门等建筑组成，始建于明初，鼎盛于清乾隆时期，为佛教曹洞宗门庭，殿宇坐北朝南，背倚斗岩，面对诸暨大佛。
殿前旷坪，有卵石铺砌，中置香炉，旁立六角荷花小经幢。
正殿共五楹，殿门上悬“大雄宝殿”匾额，系著名书法家沈定庵所题。
殿内三间合一厅，供奉着如来、观音、文殊、普贤等佛像，两侧有十八罗汉。
禅院东侧是东山门，是游客和朝山敬香客的入口。
天王殿位于东山门和大雄宝殿之间，红顶黄墙，庄严巍峨。
殿正中端坐弥勒，两侧分列四大天王，背后塑韦驮扩法神，体现我国佛寺的统一格局。
龙王殿 在禅院西侧，与大雄宝殿相邻，是白鲎仙翁的供奉处，道教活动场所。
佛道合院，僧士合居，这在我国还十分罕见。
龙王殿始建于元末，相传斗岩曾有白鲎仙翁，能呼风唤雨，兴云作雾曾助明太祖朱元璋大败劲敌。
殿前有东西拱门，上嵌石额。
东额镌“洞开陶壁”，意寓斗岩山安乐优美。
西额镌“径壁葛陂”，是以东汉末年，黄巾起义军与鲍鸿大战于河南葛陂，仙人费长房投杖化龙的典故，隐寓斗岩白鲎仙翁雾助朱元璋战胜张士诚，敕封“龙王”的传说。
殿正中供奉金井龙王。
左塑赵公元帅，相传能除瘟消灾，求财如意。
殿右塑神医华佗。
殿内壁画巨龙，意在风调雨顺。
相传明代诸暨知县刘光复、清咸丰年知县刘书田、光绪年知县刘引之，均采龙王殿求雨救旱。
后人多有“三刘祷雨”的传说。
