下面是我在观摩这两节课后的教学收获和自我反思。
一.教学收获1.采用多种形式创设情景和充分利用英语教学本身的真实情景进行教学。
例如，采用多媒体、图画、录音、身体语言、以及利用英语本身和上下文创设情景传授英语基础知识，进行基本技能训练和交际活动。
2.注重学生语言表达能力的培养,教师都能运用已学英语知识，特别是刚学习的新的语言材料，使新旧语言知识相互整合，拓宽了思路，解决了问题，又培养了用英语进行创新的交际的能力。
3.教师都具备扎实的教学基本功：a口语流利，发音准确.2.教态自然，和蔼可亲，表情丰富，仪态整洁。
b教师上课节奏清晰、明快，整个课堂驾驭能力非常强，整个课堂有张有弛，学生始处在高度兴奋、高度思考运转的状态。
c上课的重、难点把握准确，“突出重点，突破难点”的时间安排合理。
在大容量的课堂内容中，能清晰、明确重难点操作流程。
使“重、难”点能充分被消化、理解和吸收.二）自我反思这次听课收获不少，但关键是学而时行之，要将这些运用到自己的课堂教学中。

国庆假期举行的第三届泡泡全国少儿英语风采大赛早已烟消云散。
说实话，我没有其他小同学那么激动，因为我知道，我的路才刚刚开始。
此时回眸，我还能回忆起自己一点一滴小心踏过的脚步。
在南昌、上海和北京新东方的日子其实对于南昌新东方学校，早在创立之初我就有了憧憬。
我曾经去过南昌航空航天大学听过新东方张卓和强浩等名师的巡回演讲，在笑声中我体会更多的是一种振奋。
07年暑假，由于南昌新东方刚建立不久，还没有开设托福班，于是我选择到上海新东方上托福课。
上海的托福班规模非常大，人数超过400人，我不得不仰着头，通过看监控电视完成了三周的课程。
08年寒假我去了北京新东方上SSAT课，连春节也是在北京新东方总部度过的。
除夕之夜，俞敏洪(微博)校长来到了我们身边，还和我们一起联欢吃饺子，他的平易近人给我留下了深刻印象。
今年暑假我参加了南昌新东方的英语演讲精品班，这是一个通过自由报名的方式挑选出口语尖子组成的培训班，每个人都经过了南昌新东方名师毛成轶老师的严格把关，最后免费接受了为期十天的赛前培训。
给我们上课的是富有大赛经验的艾黎莎和李佳玉老师，她们曾经分获CCTV杯英语演讲大赛的全国冠亚军。
比赛的训练过程其实并不魔鬼化，她们逐一点评每个人的演讲，不断操练，让我们将自己的演讲真正理解透彻。
当我拿到江西赛区第一名后又有南昌新东方青少部的龚婷老师再次对我的稿件进行了删改，从而保证了不会因超时而扣分。
就这样，我顺利并充分地完成了我的赛前准备。
比赛经验是赛出来的其实我的英语起步不比同学早，我是在小学三年级才开始英语小灶的，。
这个小灶指的是学校之外的英语补习。
我没有上英语辅导班，而是妈妈给我请到了江西师大英语系的两个学生做家教，当时她们也只有大一和大二，而这两个人不是别人，正是李佳玉和艾黎莎老师。
我的英语基础打得好也有运气在里面，不过话说回来，妈妈是打听了许多老师后才找到她们的，所以运气也青睐有准备的人。
源于自己对英语的兴趣，我从小就花了大量的时间在英文动画片上，以后又不间断地阅读英文原著。
从小学四年级起我开始参加各种校内外英语比赛，基本包揽了江西省大大小小英语比赛的冠军。
同时我还是04年第五届CCTV希望之星小学组的全国第9名，07年第八届CCTV希望之星初中组的全国第11名以及机智灵活奖和全国中学生英语能力竞赛一等奖。
这些比赛经验与名次让我有信心去冲击更好的成绩，也培养了我在局面不利时能保持较好的心态的能力。
我是主队的泡泡少儿英语风采大赛总决赛时情景剧的抽签正是一个良好的例证。
由于出发前车票出了问题我们一行晚到北京一天，因此就丧失了抽签机会，我拿到的是无人要的角色。
这个情景剧角色共有四个：一个是汶川地震后受伤需要截肢的学生，一个是她的母亲，还有一个医生和一个志愿者，我得到的是需要截肢的学生的角色。
初看这个角色并不好演，搞不好还会笑场。
我静静分析后忽然高兴起来，因为只有这个人物才是主角，其他每个人物都在与她发生关系，她是剧中的核心。
对自己有了这个定位，我就有了底，不愁自己表演时没话说。
所以说，有时坏事可以变成好事，要换个角度思考才行。
在C组，我是最后一个出场的选手，我深深知道当评委看了十几位选手后一定会出现审美疲劳，我将如何压好这个轴呢
由于有了赛前预演走台，我基本做到心中有数：论参赛经验，我是丰富的；论实力，经过这么多大小考验我是有底的；虽然在北京，可我对自己说，我是新东方的，我在海淀中心的总部上过课，也在大厦里见过将要颁奖的王强老师，我是主队的呀
而且这时不早不晚曾经悬挂在教室里的横幅“从绝望中寻找希望，人生终将辉煌”的名言浮现眼前激励我，这样我的心里优势就有了。
当主持人介绍最后一个上场的是来自南昌的赵晓理时，我对自己说这次南昌队要完胜了
果不其然，出色的发挥使我得到了冠军。
这个比赛是我好运的开始，我的第一个全国冠军由此诞生了。
比赛早已谢幕，回程的列车轰然而出，笔直的铁轨绵延伸向远方，载着我一颗渐渐起飞的心。
路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索
我需要更多的是一份坚持和执着，伴着我，走向更加美好的未来。

今天，我谨代表家长讲话，深感有愧。
因为我的孩子刚来卓越英语前成绩不是最佳。
但看到她快快乐乐学英语我巳经很满意了。
一年前，孩子胆子很小，见她躲躲闪闪进课堂，不敢大胆说话.我担心她英语学不好。
