I wish my babies could have the same sort of teacher, the same sort of friends. And there lies my dilemma here tonight. I know that my work in this case is magnified by the fact the streets of heaven are too crowded with angels, we know their names---they number a thousand for each one of the red ribbons that we wear here tonight. 网易娱乐连线《无间道》导演刘伟强表示“知道这个消息非常开心，因为都算有我的份。
”对于《无间道》被错说成是日本人拍的，刘伟强批评“真的很丢脸”。
改编自中国香港黑帮片《无间道》的《无间道风云》成为本次奥斯卡的大赢家，不但夺得最佳电影，导演马丁·斯科塞斯更凭借此片终于夺得最佳导演奖，经历了七次失利的他终于一圆奥斯卡之梦。
被问《无间道风云》获奖的心情，刘伟强哈哈大笑：“我现在的心情就是很开心，因为都算自己有份参与。
”对于马丁·斯科塞斯在颁奖台上感谢自己，刘伟强说：“我要多谢他多谢我。
”他表示3月份会到美国，到时希望能亲自恭喜他。
在“女王”海伦·米伦与“影帝”汤姆汉克斯携手颁发“最佳改编剧本奖”时，当《无间道风云》的编剧上台准备发表感言时，颁奖台上居然发生严重口误，称《无间道风云》剧本是改编自日本电影，其实该片改编于香港电影《无间道》。
对此，刘伟强表示也留意到了，他说：“他们（奥斯卡）这次真的很丢脸，这么简单的事情都会搞错。
”其实没什么 就是个口误 当然也反映了中国电影在好莱坞还没有上升到一个让人念念不忘的高度
