戴明循环(Deming Cycle)又称PDCA循环(PDCA Cycle)Plan-Do-Check-Act:计划-执行-检查- 处理戴明循环的研究起源于20世纪20年代,先是有着“统计质量控制之父”之称的著名的统计学家沃特·阿曼德·休哈特(Walter A. Shewhart)在当时引入了“计划-执行-检查(Plan-Do-See)”的雏形, 后来有戴明将休哈特的PDS循环进一步完善,发展成为“计划-执行-检查-处理(Plan-Do-Check\\\/Study-Act)”这样一个质量持续改进模型。

PDCA是英语单词Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)和Action(行动)的第一个字母,PDCA循环就是按照这样的顺序进行质量管理,并且循环不止地进行下去的科学程序。
1、P (plan) 计划,包括方针和目标的确定,以及活动规划的制定。
2、D (Do) 执行,根据已知的信息,设计具体的方法、方案和计划布局;再根据设计和布局,进行具体运作,实现计划中的内容。
3、C (check) 检查,总结执行计划的结果,分清哪些对了,哪些错了,明确效果,找出问题。
4、A (action)对总结检查的结果进行处理,对成功的经验加以肯定,并予以标准化;对于失败的教训也要总结,引起重视。
对于没有解决的问题,应提交给下一个PDCA循环中去解决。
以上四个过程不是运行一次就结束,而是周而复始的进行,一个循环完了,解决一些问题,未解决的问题进入下一个循环,这样阶梯式上升的。
PDCA循环是全面质量管理所应遵循的科学程序。
全面质量管理活动的全部过程,就是质量计划的制订和组织实现的过程,这个过程就是按照PDCA循环,不停顿地周而复始地运转的。
PDCA循环不仅在质量管理体系中运用,也适用于一切循序渐进的管理工作。

pdca是什么意思
PDCA一种非常有用的工具,它并不限于在质量管理中运用,其实在组织工作或生活的方方面面人们都能运用PDCA这项工具。
它的基本特点就是:简单、有效、实用 可以毫不夸张地说,PDCA循环是各种有效管理或解决问题的方法的核心框架与基本逻辑,缺少其中任何一个环节的管理或解决问题的方法肯定会导致失败(这类非闭环的管理或解决问题的方法若能获得成功只能说是侥幸的)。
PDCA的中文含义为:计划(Plan)——实施(Do)——检查(Check)——行动(Act)。
P(计划)阶段:掌握现状、确定目标、识别问题;分析问题产生的根本原因;针对问题的根本原因,确定改进的对策和措施并形成改进计划(做什么

(“问题”的定义:现状与目标之间的差距)D(实施)阶段:按计划所确定的对策和措施进行实施。
C(检查)阶段:检查计划执行的程度并确认所获得的结果。

当结果达到目标时,则对计划中所确定的对策和措施进行标准化(Standardize),进入下一个控制循环(SDCA);当结果未达到目标时,则应采取相应的对策(包括采取临时遏制措施,阻止不良后果继续恶化),并进入下一个改善循环(PDCA),在这个新的改善循环的计划(P)阶段,需要分析上一个循环中未达到目标的根本原因,确定针对此根本原因的纠正措施(Corrective Action),并制定新的行动计划(Action Plan)。
可以看出,PDCA循环的实施(D)阶段与行动(A)阶段的任务是不一样的。
实施(D)阶段的任务是执行计划(P)阶段所确定的对策和措施,而行动(A)阶段则是根据检查(C)阶段的检查和确认结果来决定下一步的行动方案。
行动方案有两类:一类是通过开展标准化活动控制已达成目标的有效措施能被严格遵照执行,这类行动方案可称为控制循环(SDCA);另一类是通过新一轮的PDCA循环找出问题的根本原因并重新制定新的行动计划(Action Plan)。
因此,严格来讲PDCA循环应改称为P(S)DCA循环。
