活动准备

情绪卡(一面画笑脸、一面画哭脸,两面的颜色不同)、心形卡纸。

活动过程

一、了解情绪卡。

师:小朋友,开心的时候,你会怎么样?不开心的时候,你会怎样?

教师鼓励幼儿说出自己开心时的表现。

教师小结:开心的时候我们会笑,不开心的时候我们就会皱着眉、哭等。所以,我们可以用笑脸和哭脸情绪卡表示开心和不开心的心情。

二、说说自己的心情。

师:今天,你开心吗?如果开心,就选择笑脸情绪卡,如果不开心就选择哭脸情绪卡。选择了之后,再和朋友说一说你为什么开心或不开心。

(教师选择情绪卡,并示范说心情)师:今天,我很开心,因为我看了一本很好看的书。

幼儿选择情绪卡,说说自己的心情和原因。

教师小结:人都会有开心和不开心的时候,我们可以用情绪卡记录自己开心和不开心的事。

三、寻找开心的方法。

师:小朋友,你喜欢开心还是不开心?如果你不开心了,你会用哪些办法让自己变得开心呢?

教师小结:每个人都有不开心的`时候。不开心的时候,你可以跟爸爸妈妈聊一聊,可以做一些能让自己开心的事例如唱唱歌、跳跳舞、玩玩具、看看电视或者大声地哭一哭,这样你就能消气,让自己快乐起来。

四、分享开心的事。

教师介绍爱心传递的游戏。

教师给每一个幼儿发放一个心形卡纸,鼓励每一位幼儿和好朋友互相分享一件开心的事,然后在对方的心形卡片上画一个标记。

活动应变

第四个环节分享开心的事也可以改为让幼儿尝试各种让自己开心的方法:如唱歌、画画等。

活动延伸

在活动室设置情绪卡插放区,让幼儿每天回园插情绪卡,并跟朋友说说自己的心情,教师关注幼儿的情绪,帮助不开心的幼儿转变情绪。

区角活动

美工区:教师在美工区准备一个很大的爱心,鼓励幼儿想到一件开心的事,就在上面做一个标记,并讲述给大家听。

环境创设

在活动室设置情绪卡插放区。

家园同步

请家长和幼儿之间每天互相说一件开心的事,引导幼儿每天保持开开心心的心情,培养幼儿乐观的心态。

随机教育

关注幼儿的情绪,及时疏导幼儿的不良情绪。
