一分钟谈一项内容
自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟，在时间的分配上，第一分钟可谈谈学历等个人基本情况，第二分钟可谈谈工作经历，对于应届毕业生而言可谈相关的社会实践，第三分钟可谈对本职位的理想和对于本行业的看法。如果自我介绍要求在1分钟内完成，自我介绍就要有所侧重，突出一点，不及其余。
在实践中，有些应聘者不了解面试自我介绍的重要性，只是简短地介绍一下自己的姓名、身份，其后补充一些有关自己的学历、工作经历等情况，大约半分钟左右就结束了自我介绍，然后望着考官，等待下面的提问，这是相当不妥的，白白浪费了一次向面试官推荐自己的宝贵机会。而另一些应聘者则试图将自己的全部经历都压缩在这几分钟内，这也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介绍的时间，突出重点是首先要考虑的.问题。
切勿采用“背诵”口吻
人力资源专家指出，自我介绍可以事前准备，也可以事前找些朋友做练习，但自我介绍应避免书面语言的严整与拘束，而应使用灵活的口头语进行组织。切忌以背诵朗读的口吻介绍自己，如果那样的话，对面试官来说，将是无法忍受的。自我介绍还要注意声线，尽量让声调听来流畅自然，充满自信。
只说与职位相关的优点
自我介绍时要投其所好摆成绩，这些成绩必须与现在应聘公司的业务性质有关。在面试中，你不仅要告诉考官你是多么优秀的人，更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。那些与面试无关的内容，即使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃。
在介绍成绩时，说的次序也极为重要，应该把你最想让面试官知道的事情放在前面，这样的事情往往是你的得意之作，也可以让面试官留下深刻的印象。
以说真话为前提
面试自我介绍时，要突出个人的优点和特长，你可以使用一些小技巧，比如可以介绍自己做过什么项目来验证具有某种能力，也可以适当引用别人的言论，如老师、朋友等的评论来支持自己的描述。但无论使用哪种小技巧，都要坚持以事实说话，少用虚词、感叹词之类。自吹自擂一般是很难逃过面试官的眼睛的。至于谈弱点时则要表现得坦然、乐观、自信。

good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease.
and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1xxx,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.
i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i wont give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident.
sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

I’m glad to introduce myself to you. My Chinese name is xxx, but you can call me Cathy, my English name. I was born and raised in Guangdong, so I speak both Cantonese and Mandarin.
I’ll soon graduate from Zhongshan University, majoring in accounting. I think you may have interviewed quite a lot of students from our school, so you know this major prepares us for CGA and most courses are taught in English. My GPA is 3.6, it ranks number 9 in the 115 students in my grade. And I’ve passed 15 exams in CGA, I anticipate I will get the CGA qualification in 2009.

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and I have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2003, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

如果是第一种情况，那么面试者真的是想获得一些信息（常见问法：Tell me a little bit about yourself）。这个时候，要遵守三个原则：
1）简单。
尽量不超过一分钟。一分钟能说一百多个字，你想想看，要是有人突然给你blah blah说几百个字，你能记住啥？如果你都没记住，那对方岂不是白说了？
2）语速放慢。
见过不少英语不流利的人，说英语喜欢快一点，说这样可以显得流利和掩盖一些发音上的问题。英语越是不好，越要慢条斯理地把每个单词都说清楚。因为如果你英语不好，在20个单词之内对方就能判断出来，你是不可能隐藏得住的。还不如慢慢说，一个好处是发音清楚一些，一个好处是多一些思考的时间。
3）突出卖点。
你只有一分钟时间，所以不要试图把自己的整个经历都说出来。而是要总结三个卖点！哪三个卖点？这要看你的经历和对方要求之间的契合点。找不到契合点？那你干嘛申请这个工作？这一分钟的`目的不是说服对方，而是让对方感兴趣。等他对某个点感兴趣的时候，你在把自己提前准备好的内容娓娓道来。
如果是第二种情况，那么面试者一般只是想检查一下你的英语。这个时候准备的原则其实和第一种情况也差不多，只不过更简单一些。你只要不出大纰漏就可以了。
