This is a powerful yet charming movie; fun for its special effects and profound in how it keeps you thinking long after it"s over. Like others, I"ve seen this movie more than once. One comment I"ve never heard is that Forrest"s simplicity is almost zen-like. I should read the novel to get the author"s intention （I remember some people preferring the book and complaining that no one at the Academy Awards gave him any credit.） But rather than an implication that you should do what you"re supposed to do and believe in God and you"ll win in the end, I see it as zen-like, i.e., living in the moment and not having expectations or particular cravings （other than his loving Jenny.）So he ends up just stumbling into all the major historical events of the time. Granted, he achieves this only because he doesn"t have the brains to think otherwise and actually have expectations, but so many of our problems are because we do have higher intellect and desires, which ironically makes us unhappy because we know what we are missing. We love our cats and dogs for the same simplicity and always being in the moment. There"s a line in the movie wondering if everything is predestined or happens randomly or it"s a combination of both. It is something to mull over for a long time.

How did the Film Forrest Gump Influence Me
My favorite movie is Forrest Gump, which I have seen for many times. The film is adapted from Winston Groom’s novel. Each time I saw it, I was deeply moved and inspired by the male leading role—Forrest Gump.
The plots designed in the movie are very extraordinary. It tells the story by Forrest Gump himself. He sits on the chair by the road and tells his life experiences to the strangers who are waiting for the bus. Many important events and people of American from the 1950s to the 1970s are shown fluently in his description of his life experience. Moreover, the value and the spirits of Americans, especially the youngers’, are also revealed. Besides, the character portrayed in the film is inspiring. Forrest Gump is unfortunately to be born with a low IQ and muscle problems. However, he becomes very successful through his struggling. His pure, honesty, integrity, bravery, perseverance, loyalty in love and promise not only touch me greatly, but also set a good example for me. In addition, the movie is full of philosophy. Many lines in this movie are classical. For example, life is a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. The sentence that death is just a part of life, something we’re all destined to do is also of wisdom. They make us think of life profoundly.
On the whole, this movie is special, inspiring, educational, philosophic and moving. I love it every much. It is worthy of our appreciation for many times. 1. Next,I will talk something about Forrest Gump.Forrest Gump is not real life person,he is a fictional character.
2. Forrest Gump grows up in Greenbow Alabana.
3. He is different.

17. "I`m not a smart man,but I know what love is",Forrest said.Maybe at the first ,the love realized by Forrest includes many things,not only heart,he says "love" to Jenny,or maybe he also say to his mother and Bubba.
But the death of his mother and many times Jenny`s disappearance let Forrest know what love is .
Finally,Forrest and Jenny get married.

1、直接进入吸引力的话题本身。
如果您的话题比较新颖，不妨开门见山直入主题，避免无聊的寒暄和罗唆的引子，这样立即展开主题，节约大家的宝贵时间，又可以牢牢抓住听众的注意力。主题的表达方法应该是具有吸引力的广告式的开场白，比如：
我们如何才能学好口才？
团队建设对企业发展至关重要；
今天主讲两个字：创新！
这样的开场白，简洁明了，一目了然。
2、激发兴趣的内容提醒
把最重要的问题先抛出来，激发大家的兴趣。比如：
2008年5月12日——我们永远不会忘记这个日子；
你知道吗，每四人中就有一个是近视眼？
3、提出实实在在的短问题
其实前面两点案例中都有提问的形式。提问的好处是：与参与者建立联系、激发兴趣、营造氛围、赢得期望、引导听众思考、同时给自己减压。提出实实在在的问题，无论是开放式的还是封闭式的，都可以，但必须是切实的关乎听众的，尽量问短平快的问题比较好，听众容易参与，连续提问互动性更强。在我们的具体课程里，会重点训练提问的技巧。
4、以历史事件开头
历史事件，是大众普通喜欢的话题，加以一些自己的评论效果更好。比如：谈宇宙的起源作为引子；谈人类的'发展；谈历史的变迁；谈古代的案例等等，都是比较好的切入口。
5、赞美加鼓动。
赞美很容易打破演讲者与参考者的坚冰，让参与者感到自己的价值得到了认可，鼓舞性的问候，是最好的暖场方法：

你们是最棒的

等等，这样的开场白容易获得听众的认可。
6、危机意识的开场白

等等，都能够一下子吸引听众的注意力。
7、笑话、小品、轶事、寓言、小插曲、故事法
如果你是个讲笑话的高手，那么不妨一上台先讲个故事或是笑话，这样调节一下气氛比较好。当然，避免低级的或是贬低人的笑话。有时讲自己的蠢事，自我解嘲，效果更好。
8、共同的经历
演讲开始，让大家回想一件大家共同的经历，而且每个人都愿意回想的事情，很容易建立起一种共鸣：
大家回忆一下，一年之前，我们开始上马之时，那时候我们一起泡方便面的情景；

10、个人坦白
一上台先承认自己的一个盲点或是一个不足，在自我解嘲中开始进入主题演讲。先敢于承认错误，其实是一种自信的表现。当然，不要表现得过分谦虚，而是实话实说。
11、当前的新事件、新闻
当下国际、国内有什么重要新闻，立即拿来即兴发言，作为引子，这是一种信手拈来的功夫，可以引起听众积极的参与。比如：

请你设想一下，你出生在一个荒岛上，平生第一次来北京……，
请你设想一下，未来五年环境将会如何糟糕？
请您设想一下，当中国的实力超过美国之时，会是怎么样？
13、打比方开场白
在企业管理方面，激情也许是很好的引擎，但却不是很好的方向盘。
好的演讲，应该是一壶上好的茶，而不是白开水让人平淡无奇。
等等，有比喻开头，形式新颖，表述形象生动。
14、哈姆雷特法
你现在要做的决定是：学习还是逃避？
我们要做的选择是：生存还是死亡？
我们的目标是：超越还是被超越？
这个时代，我们或者改变，或者一成不变？
请注意：不要一上台就太慷慨激昂。
15、让参与者先讲
在演讲一开始，与参与者对话，可以建立一种联系，并进而形成沟通。先对话，充分了解听众要听什么内容有什么想法，这样根据听众的要求来调整自己的演讲，针对性会更强。
16、“只说三点……”

17、从结尾开始
先讲结论，再谈原因，这是一种“倒金字塔结构”，可以让听众了解我们的目的究竟是什么，这样条理容易清晰，然后娓娓道来，听众就容易接受。
18、游戏
一上台先做游戏，用游戏破冰是最常用的开场白，效果也比较明显，调动气氛，引导思路。
19、事先许诺的开场
演讲一开始，先提出一个积极的、有吸引力的目标，使参与者相信自己不虚此行，

20、抒情法开头
先朗读一篇抒情散文，或是一首诗，或是一段真情告白，或是一段特殊的电影对白，或是讲一段亲身的情感故事，这样的开头很容易把听众带进演讲情境中，能够起到身临其境、感同身受的效果。
21、用一串数字开头
数字本身是有力量的。用数字开头，特别是对比性数字，能够一下子让听众清醒地认识到演讲内容的重要性。
22、阐述大纲
开场白先阐述大纲，大概演讲什么主题，分几段，时间是多少，有哪些互动和效果，给听众一个大致的介绍，能够让演讲起到纲举目张的效果。
23、电影片段开头
用一段电影片段来作为引子，关闭灯光，让听众在电影情景中进入状态，比如先放《亮剑》的片段来引出团队的精神，放《阿甘正传》片段来引出专注的重要性等。
24、讨论式开头
主讲者抛出一个话题，摆出两个以上的观点，让听众去讨论，甚至去辩论，在辩论中把听众兴趣完全调动起来，再由演讲者就辩论结果开始引导式演讲，这样的开场白效果也很好。
25、摆问题法
先摆问题，而且连续摆上七个以上的问题，用问题来吸引听众的注意力。比如：
为什么我们在马路上不敢扶老奶奶？为什么大学生可以拿刀刺向自己的母亲？为什么我们的安全感幸福感越来越低？为什么我们食品有很多的问题？为什么我们的社会道德在不断地下滑？
请记住：问题摆得越是尖锐，效果越了。
