我是创伤二病区**房间**床的****，20xx年**月**日由于意外摔跤在贵科治疗，在治疗期间，目睹了病区的医生、护士每天的工作状况。你们对工作的高度责任感，对待病人和蔼热情的态度以及紧张忙碌的工作过程，令我赞叹不已。在此，我代表我本人及家人对你们表示深深的感谢!
刚入院时，护士即到病房告知有关情况，医生也积极地询问病情，一句“有事随时找我们，不要客气……”温暖人心，立刻让我们有了“家”的感觉。特别让我感动的是准备手术的前一天，由于我长时间便秘造成身体严重不适，吃药也不好用。在这个时候病区的****护士不嫌脏，亲自下手把粪便弄了出来，让我非常的愧疚，另外也非常的感动。手术后也不断过来查看病情，问有没有不适的地方，还细心的告诉我们术后的注意事项。有一次，老伴帮我挪床，正巧护士从门前路过，主动问需要什么帮助?又有一次，我的女儿误按了呼救铃，护士立即赶到，女儿表示歉意。护士微笑着说：“没关系。”还有一次，我刚静点完消炎药，手背肿胀疼痛，病房扎针的两位护士，她们主动过问并进行指导，体现了深深的情意。住院期间，每天都能听到护士们的脚步声、叩门声、关门声。你会感到那是护士发出的声音，因为它与众不同，步伐轻而又轻，既是职业的约束，又是爱心的体现。你们身穿素洁的白大褂，一顶无华的燕尾帽，在分秒中播撒温馨。一份关心，一声问候，逸出芬芳与美丽。你们已幻成圣洁的天使，立在病人的心中，不必介意平凡，整个旅程，你是风景。

我是7月26号出院患者吴Xx的女儿，我妈妈偶然发现的脑膜瘤在你主持的手术过后已完全切除，现处于恢复阶段,且每天的恢复进度让人像感受一个个奇迹般令人兴奋。对于您高明的医术也许不用我多说了，网站中好评如潮：专业细心态度和蔼……而我想到了四个字：大医精诚。牟教授根据患者的经济状况和病情制定医治方案，既让患者病情得到治疗又不用患者经济负荷过重，是位难得的会为百姓切身利益着想的好医生。手术过后我爸爸一直在感叹，牟教授为人很正直，相对比于有些医生为了一己私利而让病人做些无关紧要的检查和开些疗效一般而昂贵的药，牟教授会了解病人真实情况而制定合理的治疗方案。是的，医术精湛，为人真诚也是我这个涉世未深的90后对教授的高度赞扬。
在医院照顾我妈妈的十多天里，我每次见到的牟教授，脸上总是挂着可亲的微笑，用温和的语气询问病人的情况。妈妈说，虽然每次跟牟教授的谈话不到几分钟，但会让她感到她安心。常言道：笑一笑，比什么药都有效。能让病人安心、有好的情绪更能让病人病情好转、康复。在这个忙碌着追逐一切的时代，有如此魔力的医生也许为数不多了。

您好！
我的老伴她今年75岁了，五个月前突发疾病，当时情况非常危险，幸运的是在交大一附院普通外科医护人员积极救治、精心护理下已逐渐康复。
在普外科治疗的这五个月里，我真正感受到了这是一个医德高尚、医术精湛，极具战斗力、团结的集体，王春荣教授和他所带领团队的每个成员，对患者总是尽心尽力、精心医治，每一次来到我们面前，带给我们的总是一种温暖，每当见到他们就增加了我们抗病的勇气、信心。
尤其在我情绪低落时，王教授总会拍拍我的肩膀说：“有我们呢，不用担心，不要放弃、要坚持!让我们一起努力!”乔丽娜、金鲜珍护士长带领的护理团队，待患者如亲人，对患者的困难总是给与主动帮助。
不管任何时候只要有问题找护士，不管问谁都能得到及时解决，即使不是我们的责任护士也没有任何推诿。
责任护士换了一批批，虽然已经很熟悉了，在做治疗时仍然还要拿出腕带进行查对，输液时都会仔细的讲今天打的是什么液体、什么作用等等，不是一两个人这样做，而是每个人都能做到这么专业，对待工作都能认真负责。
虽然我已80高龄，但这里的护士我都能一个个直接叫出她们的名字：马华、张素清、樊惠、宋钰，虽已轮换到A区还是会经常过来看望我老伴，还有刘萍、陈妮、刘小利、梁秀君、孙菲、张婷等她们都是那么亲切，实习生张薇也会关切的问：爷爷这两天来了没?因为我老伴的伤口和造口距离很近，护理起来很困难，乔莉娜、金鲜珍2位护士长，还有换药中心阮瑞霞教授，三位造口治疗师经常一起商量讨论、迎难而上，最终解决了我们最大的困难，迎来了我老伴康复的胜利。
这里的每一位医护人员都是医德高、医术好、对待病患堪比亲人。
住院五个月期间，我们也更换了一批批病友，对医生、护士评价都是如此，从一入院时的精心安排，到术前术后耐心细致的准备、讲解、照顾，他(她)们对待工作认真、敬业的精神让我们佩服，这是我和其他患者共同的心声。
