本节课主要学习有关engineer, accountant等职业的单词。在教学中利用多媒体进行呈现，通过介绍钱老师一家人的工作展开教学，并在此基础上进行语言交流，展开活动。上完这一课，我觉得自己收获很大，现在谈谈自己的看法。
成功之处：
1.一条主线贯穿整堂课
在这节课中，我以Mr. Qian’s family 为主线，贯穿整堂课，通过设疑：钱老师的家人都是做什么工作的呢？激起学生的好奇心理，通过学生自己想知道，来一步一步介绍钱老师的爷爷，奶奶，叔叔，阿姨，堂妹，还有爸爸妈妈的工作，来教学新单词，这样使枯燥的单词教学变得有实际意义，并且使学生乐此不彼。不过学生也会对这一情况的真实性，产生疑问，他们会问，钱老师的`爷爷奶奶真的是清洁工吗？他叔叔真的是警察吗，等等，所以这个设计还需要一定的思考。思考怎样设计才更加合理一点。

在操练巩固阶段，我采用游戏性教学，总共用了4个游戏活动：Bingo 游戏，what’s missing ？游戏，猜职业的游戏，还有一个调查活动。采用游戏活动可以活跃课堂气愤，激发学生的参与的积极性与主动性，有利于复习巩固新单词。特别是调查活动和bingo 游戏，可以使全体学生都参与进来。不过这里其实又有一个有效性的问题，因为游戏，在整堂课中，毕竟只能充当饭后甜点的角色，有用才好。
3.关注学生的情感教育。
本堂课，其实有一个很好的情感教育契机：教育学生从小树立自己的理想，认真学习，为实现自己的目标而努力奋斗。因此在课堂结尾，我让学生进行许愿：I want to be a /an ….让学生说说自己的愿望，并告诉学生：there are 365 kinds of jobs , if you work hard , you will make success （365行，只要你努力，一定会成功）, 并且告诉学生：Every roads lead to Roma（条条大路通罗马）。让学生从小知道自己的目标，知道自己前进的方向，可能不能产生持续的的效果，但是至少有点作用。
不足之处：
1.新单词呈现形式比较单一。
新单词的呈现，就是通过教师问学生说想知道谁，然后就通过课件，点进去，然后学习这个单词，或者这个单词有关的一句话，然后学习单词，跟读，指名读，同桌读，5个单词都是这种方式，就会觉得形式比较单一，教师应该再思考一下，通过其他方式，呈现新单词，或者练习新单词。 9word.com提供各种免费文书文档
2.环节之间还不够紧凑，显得急躁
教师本人显得比较急躁，不知道是因为个人本来的性格所致，还是因为上公开课，老师比较紧张，总之觉得一环一环之间很快就过去了，特别是在复习以前学过的职业的时候，幻灯一张一张的过去，老师一呈现，就问：what does she/he do ? 没有给学生很多思考的机会，也没有让学生说说其他的话，比如在出现影星刘亦菲，还有作家鲁迅等等的时候，教师可以先问问：who’s he /she? 教师可能怕时间不够，所以赶得比较急，这样其实效果不太好。
3.许愿一环比较粗糙。
“许愿”环节的设计，创意比较好，但是操作的时候，显得太粗糙，老师就让学生将他们的愿望写在刚刚bingo 游戏的纸张的背后，并且是让学生揉成团，然后扔进许愿瓶，并且学生都是一边走，一边说自己的愿望的，显得不够庄重，教师可以给学生更好一点的纸张，让学生写好，折好，走到讲台前，然后面朝全班，虔诚的进行许愿，然后再投进许愿瓶，这样会显得更加像“许愿”。
总之，本堂课还有许多改进与探讨的地方，希望各位老师多提宝贵意见，以促使我更快的成长。
