闪电麦坤回 水箱温泉1 的时候，让板牙非常高兴。然而，方程式赛车法兰斯高要与麦昆在世界杯上一决胜负2，麦坤爽快地答应了。与此同时，特工迈克飞弹发现所有通缉犯的藏身之处，但却被发现了。危机时刻，他那一身装备派上了用场，他机智地跳到了海里，变成了潜水艇，飞快地逃去。终于，世界杯初赛开始了，大家纷纷充上艾能源，开始比赛。但在通缉犯那边，却准备了超高能量的光束，只要被照到，发动机就会爆。在比赛的'中途，就有好几辆车爆了。由于特工们指引板牙在那里走，就害了麦坤输了比赛。愤怒的麦坤一气之下把板牙赶走了。板牙到了机场却看到了迈克飞弹他们。于是板牙又跟着他们上了飞机。迈克飞弹告诉他，他们要把通缉犯都抓住，然后又给他看了一个发动机，这个发动机就是通缉犯用的。最后给他了很多装备，叫他变成通缉的模样混进去，听听他们下一步计划。然而，真正的通缉犯来了，但特工们救了板牙。不过板牙也没白听，他知道了麦坤的马达也要爆了。但为时已晚，他们被绑在了大时钟的齿轮上，马上就要死了。危机时刻，板牙用机关枪把绳磨坏了并救了大家，并阻止了坏蛋，让麦坤安全。他得知麦坤的休息站里有炸弹，于是板牙飞一般的去告诉他们。但麦坤回来后惊人地发现炸弹在板牙身上。板牙也不知道在想啥？拉着麦坤就跑。他打开火焰喷射器，又打开降落伞，飞到了发明艾能源的人的身边。在炸弹爆炸的前一秒，就是他让炸弹停止的 。板牙掀开起前盖一看，他也是犯人。麦坤看到这一切后，向板牙道歉。
通过这个故事，我明白了什么叫友谊。
从第一部到第三部，麦昆这辆道奇蝰蛇已经开了超过11年，可想而知，发动机磨损、元器件老化、内部积碳、锈蚀……肯定存在不少问题，这是不是导致麦昆翻车事故的.缘由呢。 下面是相关的
