中职教师读书笔记摘抄范文一：
偶然拜读一篇文章《一个普通教师的感悟》，感触颇深。
文章中有人说：生教育的气，是“蛋白质”(混蛋、白痴、神经质)按这个逻辑推算，生幼儿教育的气，纯粹是“傻瓜加笨蛋”。本人就曾做过近20多年的“傻瓜加笨蛋”。
追忆20世纪80年代中期，由于当时人事编制有多种，又因我们市商业幼儿园是新建园所，所以在招聘职工时，除管理岗位是从商业各单位抽调的部分正式工外，老师全部是从任教3年以上的农村幼儿教师选拨。
记得当时报名74人，我们均要通过严格的五项全能
虽然当时签的只是临时合同，但对于这份来之不易的合同如获至宝，加之当时年轻，工作充满激情，可谓活力四射。可以说，我们是呕心沥血、倾尽全力的将青春奉献在那个美好的年代。回想当时，怀揣着对“太阳下最光辉事业”的美好憧憬，走进了幼儿园。
我们上进心都特强，工作非常卖力。领导抓住我们性格特点，用各种比赛调动我们的积极性。即每周都有相应的比赛项目，各种活动排的满满当当。那时的学前教育比不得现在专业，小学化倾向严重，且园少孩子多，所以，我曾带过多时90，少则60多个以上孩子的班级。
操前和课后整队，是最头痛的一课。因为队伍太长，任凭你喊哑嗓子“小朋友看谁站得快站得齐，看哪个小朋友站得好，请后面对齐前面小朋友的后脑勺等等”，可后面的孩子就是不买账，所以每次整队都像急红了眼的.兔子来回窜，嘴里不住的念叨，上肢还要不停的摆弄看不齐队的孩子。挨到周末，嗓子撂挑子，任你怎么用力，声音就是藏在喉咙不出来，当时那种心情真是无言以表……
在日臻完善的工作制度中，我园有一成文规定：每月一次优质课评选。即便是在我们备考山东省幼儿教师专业合格证时，这项规定也还是雷打不动。况且，那时的教学观摩，不像现在带上10多个孩子即可，而是全额参与。既要有活跃的课堂气氛，还要有较好的课堂秩序，为了达到此效果，每次观摩前都要到其他班级演练，积蓄真正观摩时可能遇到问题的解决方法。但，即便做足了观摩前的所有准备，偶尔也掉掉链子，每当遇到没达到预期的理想效果时，曾寝食难安的郁闷心情会持续多日…….
当时没现在的方便条件，没现成舞蹈带，所有的文艺节目都要自己编排，特别是创编舞蹈时，还要包括涉及到的场景、音乐、动作、道具等等，可谓心力交瘁。每到“六一”和“新年”前夕，根本用不着领导催促加班，即便是晚上也要在家重复听音乐编动作。家门关的再严，音乐声夹杂着踢踢踏踏的响声也能在整个楼道回荡，每当这时，邻居们都熟知“六一”或“新年”又来了。还好，那时我们幼儿园创编的舞蹈在全市首屈一指，岂不知荣誉里洒下了多少老师和孩子们汗水……所以，非常的羡慕现在幼儿园丰富多彩的庆“六一”过“元旦”活动。
还有，每个学期的集体舞比赛，更是给繁复的工作雪上加霜。当时的教育观念不同，对各种比赛要求甚严，即便是集体舞也要跳出花样，比赛规则更是面面俱到：从孩子的精神面貌、动作创编、服装、队形变换、动作协调性到整齐程度，都非常挑剔，加之孩子多，队形变换快，动作要求做到家，因此，每到集体舞训练，教师玩命的教，孩子拼命的学，其中的辛苦无与伦比。
幸好，那个年代的家长虽学历不高，但素质很好，任教那么多年，无与一家长有怨，回想这是当时的唯一幸运……
据实，由于当时年轻气盛，工作压力又大，特别爱生气，包括和自己生气、和孩子生气、和比赛生气、和比赛中所出的状况生气，总有生不完的气……
细细回味，当时对孩子过于严厉，但不可否认的是：心中有爱。
只不过“爱”被压力抨击在心底深处，无法呈现。
现在想来很是遗憾，再多的奖状和证书也填补不了当年无暇将爱心全部呈现的空白。
回顾往事，历历在目，酸甜苦辣咸交融如下愚见：有益的比赛实能让老师从中获益，但，比赛过于频繁，会使“动力”变“重力”，使教师在日趋的竞争中“变笨变傻”……
长江后浪推前浪。随着年龄的增长，我调离原单位，并从一线教师撤离到档案室。面对现在年轻的老师，羡慕她们的聪慧，喜欢她们的单纯，欣赏她们的才气……但，不知何故，工作中很难寻觅我们当年那种不怕苦和不怕输的胆量和魄力，许是人生观价值观及人生追求不同吧……
其实，想想，还有比和一帮天真无邪的孩子在一起更幸福的?
如果来生我还能选择这份职业
我：绝不再生幼儿教育的气
也不做“傻瓜加笨蛋”型老师
更不会将名次和荣誉看得那么重
我会把挤压在心底的那份爱全部呈现给所有的孩子们。
再回首，稍纵即逝的20多年历程已成为幼教生涯中一道不太靓丽的风景，但，足够我在偶尔的小憩后踽行欣赏。

领悟苏霍姆林斯基《给教师的一百条建议》的思想：
每个有文化、有教养的人都向往创造性劳动的欢乐，以及由于劳动的创造性而带来的生活上的充实。
不要向儿童要求他不可能做到的事情。
教学和教育的技巧和艺术在于，要使每一个儿童的力量和可能性发挥出来，使他享受到脑力劳动中的成功的乐趣。
对每一节课，都要用终生的时间来准备，怎样进行这种准备呢？就是读书，每天不间断地读书，跟书籍结下终生的友谊，潺潺小溪，每日不断注入思想的大河。读书不是为了应付明天的课，而是出自内心的需要和对知识的渴求。
在你的科学只是的大海中，你所教给学生的教科书里的那点基础知识，应当只是沧海一粟。

Feeling: When we judge something, we should judge it by heart. Everything is unique and nonesuch for someone. We wander in this world and finally we find our beloved one and cherish what we love.
For the little prince , his little planet belongs to him. Although it is insignificant in the universe, and has to watch out for the baobabs all the time, he still cherish them.
Jonathan Livingston Seagull 海鸥乔纳森
At first Jonathan thought: “ My father was right. I must forget this foolishness. I must fly Home to the Flock and be content as I am, as a poor limited seagull.” He seemed to surrender to his predestination.

If we don’t spread every effort to challenge ourselves, we will never be able to see the panorama of the sky or to find our own pieces of sky to fly under. If you want to be explorer, then be one!
