电影中出现过其它克隆体，但这些不是克隆爱丽丝的，正好相反，爱丽丝其实跟这批克隆体是同一批，但爱丽丝不同，她会自己进化，自己思考，自己逃离保护伞公司，她注射过T病毒，但跟普通人不同，别人注射病毒会变成丧尸，她却会增强体能，反应能力，甚至出现超能力。
所以保护伞公司没有杀死她，任由她进化，就算抓住了，也是再次注射T病毒，最后她进化得超出了保护伞公司的预计，把保护伞公司踹了。

最后一部生化危机里，出现了爱丽丝的克隆母体，她是一个患病的人，身体会加速衰老，只有注射T病毒才能活下来，见到她的时候，已经衰老了，爱丽丝就是她正常生长的年轻时候的模样，还有，红后，就是她幼年时候的模样，最终，她把自己幼年的记忆给了爱丽丝，让爱丽丝真正的从克隆体变成人，然后毁掉自己，让爱丽丝代替自己活下去
