处刑人，当这种“不谈正事”的法外制裁遇上了宗教，就更是另一番天地了。
事实上我觉得宗教是这部电影里最出彩的元素。
它是全片的概念和中心，是两兄弟行为的根基，也是最酷最帅气的包装手法。
就好像两兄弟的纹身（其实就是导演本人的纹身），左手Veritas（拉丁语意为“真相”），右手“Aequitas”（拉丁语意为“正义”）。
既有着主题在宗教上的呼应，也和兄弟两人墨镜点烟的黑衣身影一样有着致命的吸引力。
而当两兄弟举起枪，以上帝之名处刑前念起那段家族祷词时，观者很难不被这种极端形式主义却又极富美感的处理打动。
最后法庭那段戏的宣告词就是集大成之作： “There are varying degrees of evil. We urge you lesser forms of filth, not to push the bounds and cross over, in to true corruption, into our domain. For if you do, one day you will look behind you and you will see we three, and on that day you will reap it. And we will send you to whatever god you wish. ”它们既代表了导演的主张，片子的立场，也是那种形式美的极致。
全片一路上升的荷尔蒙在这里一起爆发出来，那种群情激昂和帅气的力量，是完全不需要任何多余的假正经讨论来扫兴的。
总而言之就是带感，带感到酣畅淋漓热血沸腾。
