《肖申克的救赎》里所说的体制化具体讲讲是怎么回事
瑞德道出了体制化的规律，“起初，你讨厌他，然后你逐渐地习惯它，足够的时间后你开始依赖他，这就是体制化。
”体制化剥夺了你的个性和思想，人没有了自我的感受和想象，使心灵由麻痹转入僵死。
福柯在《规训与惩罚》中说惩罚是一种规训的体制。
个性形成的历史——仪式机制转变为科学——规训机制，各种纪律的出现标志着个人化的政治轴心被颠倒的时代。
在一个规训制度里，个人化是一种“下降”。

瑞德出狱后小便仍要打报告，这也许就是对监狱体制化的惩罚最大的讽刺。
正如影片中瑞德所说，当我们习惯于一种制度的时候，我们就成为这个制度的牺牲品。
韦伯曾深刻地反思过官僚制，认为人们是居住在理性的铁笼中。

我们不停地扮演着机制这部大机器中的小零件。
但我们在为制度化的便利欢欣鼓舞的同时，千万不要体制化可能带来的副作用。
制度化也许就是我们一直依赖着习惯着的生活，重复着单调的符号，机械地按照预设的程序生活。
我们一天天长大，开始变得世故、圆滑，适应学校的教育体制，单位的体制，适应社会的体制。
当我们长大的时候却发现我们不再有让人激动人心的时刻，失去棱角的心再也感受不到美好的事物。
严复历时20年默察中外大势所得的结论是，“国贵自主身贵自由”；成败的关键是“自由不自由异耳。
”这一呼声直到今天仍然振聋发聩。
