是因为寇森（老的特工）很想吸纳skye进入他们神盾局小组中去，所以就用这种方式取得了Skye的信任。
Skye在电脑技术方面非常有才华，寇森识人的眼光也很准。
涨潮组织的设定是一个公益组织，认为神盾局隐藏秘密就是侵犯了人们的知情权和自由，所以他们的宗旨就是要把神盾局隐藏的秘密都要公开与天下，对于神盾局来说这个组织的存在是危险的，因为破坏了神盾局区分不同等级以机密控制的科层管理体系。
在涨潮组织是收取金钱以前（抱歉剧透），你很难说它是一个“坏”的组织。
