看过，漫画上貌似是实所有人都被感染了，到最后都会，就算不是由于丧尸的伤害致死，是自杀或者人为谋杀甚至自然死亡，都会变成丧尸，漫画原著里没有博士这一段，不过我觉得这个路线应该贯穿了整个剧情，博士又是研究过这个的，可能他觉得无论RICK再怎么努力抗争也逃不过变成丧尸的命运，还不如和他一起死在爆炸中，所以说：“你会后悔的”，很可能是这个秘密。
