小男孩得到了医生的帮助，他知道那些鬼总来找他是因为需要他帮忙而不是要伤害他，他终于可以勇敢面对，所以他决定跟他妈妈袒露心中的秘密，但是他妈妈不相信他可以看见死人，小男孩说姥姥让他转告妈妈，有一次她上坟的时候问她一个问题，他的答案是“时时刻刻”小男孩问他妈妈问的是什么问题，他妈妈说“我问你姥姥为我自豪过吗”然后他就相信他儿子了。
那个医生回到家，发现他老婆睡在沙发上，电视在放他们的结婚录象，在昏睡中不停的念“你为什么要离开我”医生开始觉得不对劲，那个孩子说过，很多死人不知道他们已经死了，他们到处走，但是你感觉的到，你有时会突然感觉身边有一股凉气，那就是他们了。
当医生靠近他老婆时，他老婆开始冒寒气，医生才反映过来，然后我们就看到了他身后的那片血迹。
所以，那个医生其实就是一个幽灵，他一年前就已经死了。

求 灵异第六感 完整剧情
当我看到这部影片的时候，已经是在时过境迁的5年之后了……但是，它还是深深的感染并震撼了我。
很多人讲这是一部恐怖片或者惊悚悬疑片，这也是我在最初目睹其电影海报时的感觉，但是在影片开始之后，我却渐渐发现它的节奏并不似一般的恐怖或悬疑片那样紧张和压抑，甚至可以说它的节奏很有些舒缓和悠扬，充满了挥之不去的温情与淡淡的忧伤。
写这个小观后感的时候，距离第一次看这部影片已有一段时间，但片子所带给我的震撼与思考仍未散尽，开始写的时候，已经看过了两遍，于是乎在第二次对影片已没有任何悬念的情况下，它的情节与演员的表演仍旧深深的吸引了我。
不得不说，这部曾获得6项奥斯卡提名、两项金球奖提名，由.威利斯与可爱小童星担杠的影片，的确值得一看。
影片的一开始，身为儿童心理治疗师的麦坎就被自己十年之前曾经放弃治疗的患者枪击，之后这个青年也因为绝望吞枪自尽。
而后，镜头跨越了三年时光，这时的麦坎找到了一个与当年枪击自己的患者情况类似的病历，想要挽回遗憾。
这个新的治疗对象就是影片中的另一位主人公，9岁的小男孩cole,他们之间的故事就这样开始，一切顺理成章。
影片在两个人，在医生与病人式的相互试探、彼此揣摩中发展，中间穿插了为数不多的几个幽灵现身的恐怖镜头，但是因为 多年前就有看过这部影片的一个片段，也就是房屋横梁上有三个吊死鬼的镜头，以为影片中一定大量充斥着类似的恐怖，在观看时有心理准备，反而感觉影片中的幽灵都很平淡无奇，甚至萦绕着无奈与疏离，这也许就是影片所想营造的效果。
很想用‘两个人的孤独’来形容这部影片，虽然最后男孩找到了属于自己的生活和快乐，但是最终他也许还是孤独的，“你想要什么
”“我想要不再害怕……” 我们应该都是如此，或者说曾经如此。
在与世界的隔阂中成长，畏惧着、若有所思着、渴望帮助而又无从找寻。
男孩拥有天生的‘鬼眼’，在麦坎终于通过真诚的努力与执着的认真打开他心灵封锁的时候，他愁容满面的对麦坎说：“我可以看到死人”、“他们不知道他们已经死了，他们像我们一样的走来走去，只能看到他们想看的东西”，之后如释重负的睡去。
在孩童时代年少而懵懂的我们有过多少不愿为人诉说的秘密
我们视若珍宝或者坚信不疑之时却永远无法得到成年人的认可。
麦坎当然也无法相信这些，他认为男孩也许需要更系统的治疗。
转机出现在麦坎收听以前的治疗录音的时候，他居然听见录音带的空白处有人在不停的呼喊：“我不想死
”。
而当他终于相信并回到男孩身边之后，他们完成了男孩作为灵媒的第一次行动，他们帮助一个刚刚死去的女孩揭露了凶手，而男孩也终于找回了自己、不再害怕，回归了属于自己的童年欢乐。
一切豁然开朗，告别再所难免，在男孩参加完一次舞台剧的演出之后，他的脸第一次挂上了童贞而轻松的笑容。

”，男孩将那枚麦坎为逗他开心而在滑稽魔术中使用的硬币重推到麦坎跟前，用一只孤独而一往无前的小手，他倔强的说：“有些魔术是真的……”。
他们那两双忧伤的蓝眼睛彼此纠缠而难以割舍，我仿佛看到了一个孩子对成人世界的无畏与依赖和一个成人对孩子的尊重与至诚。
在影片的最后，男孩与自己的母亲紧紧相拥，泪水也在刹那涌现，我们为亲情所感染…… 而麦坎，麦坎也找到了真正属于自己世界……在他的自熟睡中妻子手上滑落的一刻，他疾步朝后退去、向着深渊、向着未知退去，影片也在此刻达到高潮。
就如汹涌的洪水顷刻奔涌来，麦坎惊异的发现：自己在三年前其实就已经死了，他回想起男孩的话，回忆起自己受枪击死亡的瞬间，一幕幕的语言与镜头穿插切割而过，他难以置信、他愤怒、他悲哀，然而最终他还是接受了。
