如何才能按时起床
我们从成功学的角度来好好分析分析。
1. 自我认定： 你之所以早上无法按时起床，是因为你认定“自己是个懒散的人”、“自己是个无法按时起床的人”。
你早上无法按时起床，是你的潜意识要证明你的那个自我认定是对的，不让你起床，而你的意识却要你起床，于是意识和潜意识产生了矛盾。
要想早上能按时起床，就要用新的、积极的自我认定代替旧的、消极的自我认定。
要认定“我是个勤奋的人”、“我是个按时起床的人”。
这样，你的意识与潜意识的矛盾就消除了。
当你的潜意识确认了新的自我认定后，你想睡懒觉反而是一种痛苦呢。
2. 坚定的信念： 树立正确的信念。
“早起有利于健康”，“成功者说到做到”，你是“想要”按时起床，还是“一定要”按时起床
等等……3. 价值观： 舒适安逸和成长成功相比，哪个更重要、哪个价值更高、哪个应该排在价值表的前列
如果你价值观混乱，搞不清楚哪个对自己更有意义、更有价值，那么直接结果就是思想的混乱、矛盾、冲突。
4. 积极心态： 态度决定一切，要有积极的心态。

9. 设置奖惩： 按时起床，奖励自己。
例如奖励自己爱吃的热乎乎的早餐。
不能按时起床，惩罚自己。
例如惩罚自己一整天不许喝水、不许吃饭。

10. 公众承诺： 将自己的目标、奖惩告诉自己的家人、同学、朋友，让他们来监督自己。

否则热情消退，再想动起来就难了。
马上行动应该排在第一条。
