如何处理课堂教学中的突发事件
（一）幽默针对的“责难性“攻击性”问题、“挑衅性”问题的刁难时，教师要根据学生的发难方式，幽默地、体面地、不伤大雅地予以还击。
还击时，发挥摧枯拉朽的威力，在笑声中揭露其行为或言论的实质。
如一位教师走向教室，刚刚推开虚掩着的教室门，忽然一只扫帚掉了下来，不偏不倚，正好打在教师的讲义夹上，课堂上一片哗然。
这分明是学生干的恶作剧，可这位老师并没有大发雷霆，而是轻轻地拾起掉在地上的讲义夹和扫帚，自我解嘲地笑着说：“看来我工作中的问题不少，连不会说话的扫帚也走上门框，向我表示不满了。
同学们，你们天天与我一起相处，对我有更多的了解，希望你们课后也给我提提意见，帮助我改进工作吧
”课堂上一阵窃窃私语后，很快地安静下来了。
这位教师面对损害自己的行为以幽默带过，既显示了教师的诙谐大度，又让自己摆脱窘然处境，还为学生创设了自我教育的情境。
（二）宽容法宽容意味着教师对学生的一种理解和信任，它不是软弱，不是无原则迁就，更不是纵容与包庇。
宽容要使学生能在灵魂深处反省，要使学生体会到教师的仁厚与良苦用心，促使学生自我教育。
如，一位老师收到学生一张字条，上面写着：老师，你以为当老师就可以压服学生吗
你高昂着头，铁青着脸，像个活阎王，但是，有谁怕你呢
