格言联璧里有句何思何虑，居心当如止水，下一句是无助勿忘，还是勿取勿忘，还是勿止勿忘，为学当如流水
如果上天（命运）要想给你灾祸，那么肯定会先给你一点小小的幸福，让你沾沾自喜从而有点骄傲，所以，当你得到一点幸福的时候不要那么欣喜，炫耀，要懂得受持；如果上天（命运）要想给你幸福，那么肯定会先给你一点小小的磨难挫折，让你提高警惕从而有点敬畏，所以，当你受到一点困难的时候不要那么担忧，要懂得自救。
面理解是这样的。
这是一句很哲理辩证的话。
《老子·五十八章》:“祸兮福之所倚,福兮祸之所伏。
”意思是祸与福互相依存,相互作用。
