Then one evening, he kidnapped Christine when she was playing an opera and took her to an underground lake by crossing a basement. Raoul risked his life to save Christine. Christine loved Raoul, but when she saw Airike’s real face, she felt sorry for him and kissed him at last. Finally, Airike realized that his dream about love is impossible. Then, he let them go away and ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ disappeared forever. When I finished reading this book, I felt very sad. I sympathized Airike a lot. He was a phantom, that was true, but it does not mean that he did not have feeling. He was able to show love, regret just like a human being. And he was more insistent than us. He never gave up for his real love. But when he saw Raoul and Christine fall in love with each other deeply. He decided to quit. His movement touched me a lot. He loved Christine very much, but he also decided to do in this way. I see a great soul of him. The real love should be like this: May love bless the person who you love happily. We should learn to give up. When we come into the world, we have lots of things to choose. Everything is important for us, but we must learn to give up something, so that you will not be under too much pressure. I know it is difficult to give up something very important for you, but look at Airike, he gave up his love, it was so selfless! He made them happy and left himself loneness. This spirit of tolerance is something which we should learn from. The success needs hard-working and never gives up. But sometimes, giving up is crucial. If you do not give up and are still at a loss, you will fail in the end. Although it is easy to say no, you will hesitate and may have the tragic ending at some specific time and place. So give up something which is not good for you, even they were the most important thing in your life. Please believe me, it is good for you and your life. I suggest that people who are in despair should try to give up something so that they can feel more relaxed. It is most important for a man in his life: to learn to give up.
