中午办公室总是很困，怎么办
周末休息一天都精神的很。

为什么我每一天都在犯困、睡不醒
高中学生都一样，我当年也那样。
其实就是缺少运动，学习过量，。

建议，其实你起晚点9点多起床后，就是睡到自然醒，在起来肯定没有问题。
不必6点多起床，貌似锻炼身体了，其实没用。
可以晚上吃完饭去锻炼。
晨练后一天都很累很困,锻炼的意义何在
第一：是完困乏，说明晨练不适合你，或者过度的锻炼，会让负荷。
早晨一般人醒来的时候，你的身体各各技能还在睡眠状态，说白了就是你醒了你的身体还没有准备好晨练。
第二：建议你旁晚晚餐一小时后选着跑步或者散步健身。
旁晚健身的好处多过晨练
白天一天都犯困是怎么回事啊，我是在准备考研的学生，马上要考试了，可是这几天感觉白天一整天都在犯困，
春天到了，建议多到户外走走，听听歌，放松一下，找点有趣的事情做（运动比赛……）如果还是不许，建议去看医生
即使睡一天都是困的是怎么回事
