这里不是has been要翻译成“这是”这个意思，has是have的第三人称单数，而have been则是be动词的完成形式，其实这个短语就是(something) is a stimulating professional experience，用has无非就是如楼上所说的是一个时态的选择而已，用现在完成时表示对现在的影响，自然，此处has been也没有被动的意思咯，就跟it is an interesting story一样，is此处并不表被动。
说到它的翻译的话，be动词可以翻译成“是”，而“这”字必然是来自于前面的主语了，比如说it。
