青年教师座谈会主持稿老师们：今天，我们在这里举行我校青年教师成长座谈会。
但发言的不仅是青年教师，还有骨干教师和教研组长，希望对大家的教育教学生活和今后的方向有所启发。
我们各位老师也看到了，这几年我校新进老师人数非常多，再加上老教师退居二线，我校现在一线年轻教师几乎占到一半比例，在教学工作中占据了重要的地位。
但是我校青年教师发展速度较慢，甚至出现了职业倦怠感的迹象。
这与我校对年轻教师培养的机制有关，更与年轻教师对自身要求放松有不可推卸的责任。
我校在王校长的领导下始终坚持“学生发展，教师发展，学生发展”的办学理念，对年轻教师队伍始终保持高度关注，特别是对年轻教师的成长十分的关心。
青年教师是学校的生力军，也是人类科学文化的传播者、开拓者、研究者，担负着培养祖国接班人的历史重任，是实施科教兴国战略不可缺少的力量。
一个学校的办学水平，不会超过教师队伍的素质。
我们在这里召开这个青年教师座谈会就是让我们青年教师在认清自己当前的状态，并积极参与到学校工作的建设当中，为我校的的发展贡献自己的力量。
会议第一项：由语文教研组组长徐老师谈一下自己从青年至中年在教学工作中的成长经历。
徐老师从事教学工作将近三十年时间，始终保持对教育工作的热情。

And the play won the second prize in Shanghai Middle School Student English Short Play Performance Competition in honour of World Expo .We’ve just enjoyed a few episodes of it.
