当见到久别了的朋友,激动之情难于言表时,微笑便是表达感情的最好方式;当朋友陷于困境时,给他一个微笑,这是对他的最大鼓励;当相互之间产生误会时,给对方一个微笑,便是误会烟消云散的最好方法;当自己遇到挫折时,微笑面对困难,能使自己重新树立生活的信心。

困难没什么大不了,就怕自己不敢面对;挫折也无所谓,就怕自己没了信心,坎坷又如何,只怕自己还未曾尝试。

微笑则是表情中最能赋予人好感,增加友善和沟通,愉悦心情的表现方式。

那么,大家在日常的生活、工作中是否面带微笑呢

微笑相信谁都会,我们会对家人微笑,对朋友微笑,对我们所认识的每一个人微笑,但是出于我们知道或不知道的心理原因我们没有微笑的习惯——我们面无表情的走在上下班的路上,我们绷着脸处理工作,我们对不认识的人视而不见,我们没有微笑的意识

我们都期望内心快乐的生活,可是我们忘了快乐要从微笑开始。

微笑是人际交往的金钥匙,作为白衣天使的微笑是美的象征,是爱心的体现,给患者以生的希望,它能改善同事间、护患间的关系。

当身患重病的患者满怀信心来到病房求医时,不仅可以得到医护人员的热情接待、精心治疗和护理,并且还能从我们微笑中得到信任,看到真诚。

护理工作不复杂但是很繁琐,在我们全身心地投入工作,却遭到别人的不理解,不合作时,久而久之微笑便在我们工作中慢慢地消失了,微笑不仅是一种最基本的礼仪,而且它可以让别人从你微笑中看到对他的尊重和示好的温情,当我们忘记该如何对病人微笑时,心中的负面情绪边开始出现,这样就无法真正地作到为病人着想,护患间的矛盾很容易出现,为了避免矛盾的进一步发展,这时请想想微笑的魅力,尝试着运用一下微笑这种无声的语言。

护理工作充满挑战与压力,长期处在压力下的我们心理问题要比一般人群高,因此开朗的性格,快乐的人生态度,一颗真诚的心,这些是我们所迫切需要的。

你对别人微笑,别人也会对你微笑,别看着小小的礼节,它让你在着世上并不孤单——有人和你分享生活的体验,有人对你报以体谅,在享受这个城市的温情同时,你也付出了你的善良,对他人。

微笑是一种令人感觉愉快的面部表情。

它能够缩短人与人之间的心里距离为深入沟通与交往创建温馨和谐的良好氛围因此人们把微笑比喻成人际交往的润滑剂,微笑看起来是日常生活和工作中极为普通的细小事情,但它潜移默化的影响着全体医护人员和患者。

医院的良好精神文明需要每一位医务人员及患者的共同努力来维护,而护理人员在护理活动中讲文明,有礼貌,懂礼仪,无疑能对整个医院的精神文明建设起到重要作用,微笑反映自己内心坦荡,善良友好,并非虚情假意,它使人们在其交往中自然放松,不知不觉缩短了心理距离。

从现在开始清晨照镜子的时候先给自己一个微笑,早上出门上班的路上,微笑着加入步履匆匆的人流,当我们换上圣洁的护士服后微笑着主动和患者及家属打招呼,你会发现,自己的内心充盈着幸福,快乐的一天开始了。

然而,天有不测风云,突然有一道题没人能回答。

虽然老师一再的提示,可是同学还是八窍只通了一窍----一窍不通,个个都束手无策,这道题我懂,可是我似乎缺少自信,再加上胆小,我没有勇气站起来回答。

但是,当我看到老师那焦急的神情,便鼓起了勇气,可是手刚一举起,便又像触电似的立刻缩了回来。

老师看到了,便微笑着探问我,我站了起来,心里真的特别紧张,可老师那微笑是那样的亲切,那样的温馨,那样的充满渴盼。

正是那个微笑,增添了我的勇气,我勇敢的把答案说了出来,并且正确了。

这时,教室里响起了掌声。

从这件事后,我的自信心大增,每当我遇到什么困难想退缩时,一想起老师那个亲切的微笑,我便满怀信心的去克服。

微笑,时不分四季,地不论南北,只要有人的地方,微笑之花都回绽放。

失望时,一个微笑可以让你重新树立起自信;悲伤时,一个微笑可以温暖你的冰冷的心;挫折时,一个微笑可以让你再次扬起生活的风帆。

Being interfered by friends or a flat tyre won’t seem quite so bad if you can see the funny side. And in this story, Larabee sponsored Akeelah a lot. He made her realize their dreams, and let her have a better future. He is not only a good teacher but also making Akeelah feel the warmth from her father. At the same time he made Akeelah happy, too. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
