求一篇竞选班长英文演讲稿(附中文)
大家好我是我们初一（4）班的班长候选人之一。
拿破仑有句名言：“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵”。
我认为，班长不只是个称号，不只是个光环，它背后有实质性的内容，与同学们息息相关。
所以，假若我当选，我不会让这个“长”成为一个虚名。
班长应该是架在老师与同学之间的一座桥梁，是老师的得力助手。
不过，我得先从自我做起，严格要求自己，起表率作用；其次，我会在任何时候、任何情况下，都能想同学们之所想，急同学们之所急，敢于坚持原则，敢于积极为同学们谋求正当的权益。
班长作为一个班集体的带头人物，我有能力处理好班级的各种事务。
人人都有志向，人人都积极主动为他人服务。
我们只有不断实践，才能形成良好的校风、校貌，才能使我们初一（4）班这个集体不断前进，不断地取得胜利，从胜利一步步走向辉煌。
我会经住考验的，相信在大家的共同努力下，我们的班级一定能搞得十分出色，成为全校先进班级。

尊敬的领导，敬爱的老师，各位同学，大家好，今天我在这里竞选大队委员，是因为我想要获得这个锻炼能力的机会，培养自己的领导能力，合作能力，交际能力，我之前有担任过……能虚心接受老师的教导和同学的建议，我有信心和毅力完成老师分配的任务，也会尽自己所能帮助同学解决问题，当然，借钱之类的事我可能没办法帮助同学们，因为我和同学们一样，是个无产阶级，需要从父母那里领取我微薄的零花钱和生活费，但同学在学习和生活上有什么困难，我一定会尽力去帮助困难大家，当然，我有困难和需要大家合作的时候也希望大家伸出援手，帮我渡过难关，以及积极配合我的工作。
