东汉的孙敬和战国的苏秦悬梁刺股，而成为著名的政治家；波兰的居里夫人十年如一日勤奋研究科学，才发现了贡献全人类的镭元素；歌唱家宋祖英勤奋练声，才会在世界音乐大厅维也纳唱响全世界。

农民种田要勤才有收获，2人生产要勤才有效益，商人做生意要勤才有利润。

第二音符：识礼 勤学使我们长知识，但光有知识没有礼节也是行不远的。
知书还要达礼
只有勤学识礼才能为自己增添魅力和光彩。
“识礼”既要懂得礼仪，知道礼节，深知做人的道理。
我国古代有许多关于“礼”的成语，像：彬彬有礼、知书达礼、恭而有礼等。
我国自古就被称为“礼仪之邦”，最看重一个“礼”字。

美利坚合众国（英语：United States of America），简称美国，旧称花旗国，是由50个州和一个联邦地区组成的联邦立宪制共和国。
美国本土位于北美洲中部，东濒大西洋，西滨太平洋，北靠加拿大，南接墨西哥及墨西哥湾；首都华盛顿哥伦比亚特区与除夏威夷州和阿拉斯加州之外的48个州都位于美国本土。

The end of the Cold War and the dissolution of the Soviet Union left the United States as the sole superpower. The country accounts for two-fifths of global military spending and is a leading economic, political, and cultural force in the world.
