我与传统美德的距离尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们，大家好
我是来自***的***。
今天我演讲的题目是：我与传统美德的距离。
中华上下五千年的文化，哪一年没有灿烂的文明
浩瀚苍穹，蔚蓝天空，广阔土地，孕育了华夏五千年璀璨的历史与文明。
“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。
”屈原追求真理的精神不知激励着多少中华儿女追求理想，报效祖国。
“富贵不能淫，贫贱不能移，威武不能屈。
”孟子的话成就了多少伟人。
还有岳峰精忠报国的故事，林则徐虎门销烟的壮举，孙中山“天下为公”的胸怀，周恩来“为中华之崛起而读书”的信念，都让我们回想起中华民族一段又一段荡气回肠的历史。
诚是中华民族的一种良好品德，它代表着真诚、忠诚、诚恳。
曾子曰：“吾日三省吾身，为人谋而不忠乎
与朋友交而不信乎
传不习乎
”其中的前两点都提到了诚，可见古人对诚的重视。
诚实做人的根本，每一个人都应该具备。
可是，现在的人呢
中华的美德都去了哪里
最近这些日子，酒驾事故也频频出现，撞伤交警、甩车逃跑也一件件冒了出来。
对此，我感到十分气愤，你可以不把自己的生命当回事，但不能把别人的性命当儿戏。
台湾对酒驾处罚的不断升级，也同时印证了这一事实。
再说说我自己，拾金不昧的事情，我想大家一定听说过千遍万遍了吧
记得有一次，我上英语课，发现桌角有一张一元钱。
我想四周环顾了一圈，没人注意我。
我弯下腰以迅雷不及掩耳的速度捡了起来，等我再次回过神儿来，那装满载着“幸运之神”的一元钱便已经躺在我的布兜里了，但是，我又何尝想过，丢失那一元钱的人该有多么着急，说不定那一元钱正是用来坐车回家用的，更不知道他（她）回家的路途会有多么艰苦。
人的眼睛是黑的，心是红的。
但眼睛一红，心就黑了呀。
人们呀，觉悟吧，让中华民族的传统美德不再堕落，让传统美德，发扬光大

My fellow citizens:我的同胞I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.今天我站在这里，看到眼临的重大任务，深感卑微。

Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forbearers, and true to our founding documents.迄今为止，已经有44个美国总统宣誓就职。

Homes have been lost; jobs shed; businesses shuttered. Our healthcare is too costly; our schools fail too many; and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.现在我们都深知，我们身处危机之中。

These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land - a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.统计数据的指标传达着危机的消息。

In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of short-cuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint-hearted - for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things - some celebrated but more often men and women obscure in their labour, who have carried us up the long, rugged path towards prosperity and freedom.在重申我们国家伟大之处的同时，我们深知伟大从来不是上天赐予的，伟大需要努力赢得。

For us, they packed up their few worldly possessions and traveled across oceans in search of a new life.For us, they toiled in sweatshops and settled the west; endured the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth.For us, they fought and died, in places like Concord and Gettysburg; Normandy and Khe Sahn.为了我们，先辈们带着微薄的细软，横渡大洋，寻找新生活；为了我们，先辈们忍辱负重，用血汗浇铸工厂；为了我们，先辈们在荒芜的西部大地辛勤耕作，定居他乡；为了我们，先辈们奔赴（独立战争中的）康科德城和葛底斯堡、（二战中的）诺曼底、（越战中的）Khe Sahn，他们征战、死去。
Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life. They saw America as bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions; greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction.一次又一次，我们的先辈们战斗着、牺牲着、操劳着，只为了我们可以生活得更好。

This is the journey we continue today. We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth. Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began. Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week or last month or last year. Our capacity remains undiminished. But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions - that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America.今天我们继续先辈们的旅途。
美国依然是地球上最富裕、最强大的国家。
同危机初露端倪之时相比，美国人民的生产力依然旺盛；与上周、上个月或者去年相比，我们的头脑依然富于创造力，我们的商品和服务依然很有市场，我们的实力不曾削弱。

For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of the economy calls for action, bold and swift, and we will act - not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth. We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together. We will restore science to its rightful place, and wield technology's wonders to raise healthcare's quality and lower its cost. We will harness the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories. And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age. All this we can do. And all this we will do.我目之所及，都有工作有待完成。
国家的经济情况要求我们采取大胆且快速的行动，我们的确是要行动，不仅是要创造就业，更要为（下一轮经济）增长打下新的基础。
我们将造桥铺路，为企业铺设电网和数字线路，将我们联系在一起。

Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitions - who suggest that our system cannot tolerate too many big plans. Their memories are short. For they have forgotten what this country has already done; what free men and women can achieve when imagination is joined to common purpose, and necessity to courage.现在，有一些人开始质疑我们的野心是不是太大了，他们认为我们的体制承载不了太多的宏伟计划。
他们是健忘了。
他们已经忘了这个国家已经取得的成就；他们已经忘了当创造力与共同目标以及必要的勇气结合起来时，自由的美国人民所能发挥的能量。
What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them - that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works - whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who manage the public's dollars will be held to account - to spend wisely, reform bad habits and do our business in the light of day - because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.
怎么写我与写字共成长的演讲稿
尊敬学导、老师，亲爱的同学们：大家今天我们演讲的主题是：做最好己。
世界是丰富多彩的，也是这样。
每个人都拥有不同的人生，唯有做最好的自己，才会让生命闪光发亮，更加美丽多姿。
正因为有了花儿，这世界才变得芬芳艳丽；正因为有了鸟儿，天空才会有群鸟展喉；正因为有了风儿，柳枝才会扭动腰身翩翩起舞；正因为有了树儿，炎夏里才有了荫凉。
每件事物，在世界上都有着不同的位置。
人，也是这样。
也许，你不曾拥有出众的外表，也许，你不曾拥有敏捷的头脑，也许，你不曾拥有惊人的智慧；但是，时刻不要忘记：你就是你，你在这世界上是独一无二的存在着。
要相信，“天生我材必有用”，只要做最好的自己，你就将是下一个奇迹
我曾听老人讲过这样一个故事：一天清早，一个园丁走进花园，竟然发现一大片的花草树木都奄奄一息，了无生息。
惊讶之余，他问榕树究竟发生了什么事，榕树说它不想活下去了，因为他无法像松树那样高大雄伟。
松树也沮丧地告诉园丁它想自我了断，因为他不像苹果树那样，能结出可口的果子。
但是一旁的苹果树也在抱怨，说他自己不能像槐树一样，浑身散发着芳香。
最后，园丁来到花园的一角，看到一株不起眼的小花，只见它生机盎然，一身绿意。
“你为什么在如此消沉的环境中仍能昂首挺立着”园丁好奇地问。
不起眼的小花快乐地回答：“我知道自己不过是株小花，但我决定扮演好自己的角色，做一朵最好的小花，于是，我也就很快乐啊!”如果你是棵茂盛的榕树，就不要去羡慕松树的挺拔，是棵高大的松树，就不要羡慕能结出美味的果实的苹果树，是棵硕果累累的苹果树，就不要羡慕芬芳的槐树。
每个事物的存在都有多钟原因，不要过分的羡慕别人，从而漠视自己的存在。
我们在座的每一位同学也是一样，不要以为世界不需要你，就把自己孤立在一个单独的世界里，而应该把自己也变成世间的一员，并努力做最好的自己，这样你便会使世界上因为多了一个你，而变得更加绚丽多彩。
说到这里又有人会问，那么该怎样做最好的自己呢
首先要了解自己，明白自己是个怎样的人：有哪些优点和缺点，有什么兴趣和爱好，有什么理想和志向。
其次你要接纳自己，不管是高矮、黑白、胖瘦、俊丑、贫富，你就是你自己，你要满心喜悦的面对自己，能够像欣赏艺术品一样欣赏自己。
然后要不断完善自己，做最好的自己。
当然最好不是和别人比，因为天外有天，人外有人，和别人比较，你永远都成不了最好的一个，你也永远享受不到那种喜悦。
最好，是和过去的自己比较，努力让自己的每一今天都有新收获，有新进步。
做最好的自己不必在乎你昨天是怎样的人，因为只要努力，你就可以做得更好，只要你坚持努力，你完全可以成为最好的自己。
作为一名现代社会中的初中生，学会做最好的自己尤为重要，因为只有这样你才能在不断超越自我的同时超越别人，跨上更高的一级人生台阶。
随着时间的推移你将会踏上更多不一样的台阶，去感受那独具特色的风景，充实生活，使每一天都更加多姿多彩。
让我们从此刻开始，做最好的自己
