Food and Health I'll say something about food and health. As you know, more and more people are getting aware of the link between diet and good health. They are trying to have a balanced diet. A balanced diet should have protein,(蛋白质) fat, vitamins,(维生素) fruit and vegetables. They are good for health. However, some people still don't realise the importance of a healthier diet. They eat too much meat and sugar. As a result, they have diseases, such as cancer, heart disease and so on. It is time for us to do something now, I think. That is, we should eat the right kinds of food, and do not eat any of the unhealthy food! let us do it right away to keep health!

Health is a state of complete physical , mental and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease. : Delicious food. Delicious food. If you eat my food, you will never forget its tasty. Come on , come on. A: How delicious! Let’s have a good meal , shall we? So it is . But I think we should start eating right! Fried food is delicious ,but it is unhealthy for us .
