演讲稿要怎么写才能更能打动人，更能震撼人
演讲稿撰写怎样才能不落俗套事讲的常是雷同化，主要是材料雷观点雷同和行文雷同。
似曾相识的事例，老调重弹的观点，程式化的篇章，势必倒人胃口，达不到感染人、激励人、教育人的目的。
要使事迹演讲不落俗套，必须把好两关： 一、把好材料筛选关 在选择演讲材料时，力求人无我有，人有我新。
对自己或他人的事迹材料，在收集时不厌其多，而在选取时不厌其精，“精”就是具有最能反映生活本质和时代风貌的典型性。
必须知道，任何具有典型性的材料都是个性化的，主要是下面两种材料： 独特的经历每个人都在一定的自然，社会环境中生活，拥有自己的特定的千差万别的经历。
要作事迹演讲，就得把那些称得上“事迹”的独特经历挖掘出来。

曾经，一位地质勇士孤独地跋涉在荒无人烟的峡谷，当他忍受了十天半月的孤独以后，竟然对豺狼的嗥叫已不再惧怕，相反却感到亲切。
兴奋，然而，即使是这样，也曾未动摇过他对地质事业的热爱和渴灰…… 对一般人来说，那种置身荒野的“孤独”是很特别的；即使对地质队员而言，那种闻狼嗥而兴奋的感觉也不是人人都有的。
这种闻所未闻的经历很能打动人。
发掘出特有的经历不仅具有很强的真实感，而且能动人心魄。
独特的细节其实，不少“事迹”颇为相似，但是，只要在细节上体现出不同的时间、情景、场合、外貌、动作、心态等等，就能真实地写出富有个性的 “这一个”了。
有一篇写煤矿工人的演讲，没有像多数人那样，去表现“他”手持钻机采煤的常见镜头，而是用独特的细节牵动全篇： 人们熟视无睹的阳光，对他来说却很珍贵，长年起早摸黑的井下生活使他无法像常人那样享有阳光，他的脸上黑平乎的，缺少血色。
这天，他终于有空坐在阳光下，尽管冬天的太阳并不温暖。
他脱下煤迹斑斑的棉衣，光着上身晒太阳，用身体吮吸寒嗖嗖的冬日之光。
我看到，煤粉已钻进了他的肌肤，每个汗毛孔都是鸟黑的
这个给千家万户送去光明的人，原来竟如此缺少阳光，浑身都是黑的啊。
冬天光着上身晒太阳，“每个汗毛孔都是乌黑的”这是演讲人捕捉到的与众不同的细节，在情感上内涵上具有非同一般的力度。
二、把好感受体悟关 要抓住牵动人心的最初感觉，在情感上意义上挖掘材料的内涵，力求有新鲜。
深切的感受和看法。
一篇好的事迹演讲，不可没有： 独特的感受事迹材料大多是感情化的原生状态的。
要使事迹演讲产生如闻其声，如见其景。
如临其境的现场效果，演讲者必须把有血有肉的富有生活气息的东西抓住，找到自己的“感觉”，才能再现实情。
有的事迹演讲即使无法亲历的素材，也能独具慧眼地产生自己的感觉，如厉风《血染的木棉花》： ……那墓碑上只刻着这样几个字：“烈士，女，十九岁，某连卫生员。
”霎时，我仿佛看到一个清瘦身影，在硝烟弥漫的战火中闪过，她救出了伤员，自己却流血过多，苍白的脸那么稚嫩。
纯洁……也许她正编织着少女七彩的梦，已经有人爱她；或许她正爱着一个人，但军号响了，她收起了少女的情思，毅然奔赴严酷的战场。
她躺在我家乡的这块土地上，为了我们这一代年轻人，她过早地离开她热爱的这个世界。

独特的见解一个事迹材料就像一个多面晶体，不同的观察角度会“看”到不同的内涵。
演讲者要力避“正常”的观察点，要用自己的眼光发现新颖。
独到的意义。
《一个共产党员的自豪》（杨铁军）在讲述了两个共产党人催人泪下的事迹后，表达了“我”的自豪： 加入这个党，不是获取特权的筹码，而是追求真理的阶梯，就像一滴水投入大海的怀抱，就像一名战士听到了进军的号角
这既是个人的“心得”，也洋溢着时代精神。
如果在这里袭用现成的口号和俗套的说法，不仅不能恰到好处地升华材料，反而削弱了材料本身具有的力量。
如果不能从所选材料中生发出独立见解来，就无法在运思成篇上具有特色

当你过马路时，车子为你让行；当你在十字路口徘徊时，有人给你善意的指引时；当你伤心难过时，有人鼓励你勇往直前；当你发现有那么多人在默默地关心你时……难道你不会被感动吗
