To your fellow students who have added immeasurably to your education during those late night discussions, hug them. Also, of course, thank Harvard. Should you forget, there's an alumni association to remind you. Second, in your future life, cultivate a generous spirit. In all negotiations, don't bargain for the last, little advantage. After nine years at Bell labs, I decided to leave that warm, cozy ivory tower for what I considered to be the real world, a university. Bell Labs, to quote what was said about Mary Poppins, was practically perfect in every way, but I wanted to leave behind something more than scientific articles. 小学生“偷盗”行为教育方法例谈□ 柳州市鱼峰山小学 作者：韦佳诚目前, 由于社会环境的不良影响和家庭教育方式的不当等原因, 小学生出现“偷盗”行为的情况时有发生。
小学生“偷盗”行为是儿童成长过程中出现的问题, 与成人的盗窃行为有着根本的区别。
对学生这样的行为, 若教师处理得不当, 会给家庭、学校、社会带来一定的负面影响, 给学生造成严重的心理伤害, 甚至影响其一生。
以下通过几个教育案例, 谈谈我个人对这个问题的粗浅认识和处理方式。
[ 案例1]陈某, 女, 六年级学生, 队干。
某日, 我接到学校附近超市打来的电话: 我校一位六年级学生拿了超市的东西, 出门不交钱想偷偷跑出去, 被叫到了商场办公室。
我赶到超市一看, 心中为之一震, 她不是学校少先队大队委陈某吗? 一位老师眼里品学兼优的好学生! 她见到我, 泪水簌簌往下流,头埋得很低, 两只小手一直在搓揉着衣角。
我让她向商场主管人员认错后就把她带出了商场。
她跟在后面, 带着哭腔对我说:“老师, 我错了, 我是一时糊涂,我是第一次这样。
你会告诉我的爸爸妈妈吗? 老师和同学知道了, 我该怎么办? ”凭我对她的了解, 相信她说的是真话。

教师在处理这类的问题时, 往往采用在大会上点名批评,或给予纪律处分的教育方法, 想通过“杀一儆百”的方式来教育本人, 又警示他人, 这样的教育方法有时并不可取。
没有充分考虑当事人的切身感受, 把他( 她)当成教育他人的牺牲品, 对其身心发展不利, 给其人生留下难以抹去的阴影, 社会也可能因此又多了一个问题青年。
以保护学生的自尊心为前提, 用一颗宽容的心来对待偶然犯错的学生, 加以正确的引导, 才是有效的教育。
“有利于学生的发展、有利于学校的工作、有利于社会的稳定”的教育, 才是成功的教育。
[ 案例2]李某, 女, 四年级学生, 独生子女。
她多次乘教室没人, 拿班上同学放在书包里的钱, 最近一次被老师发现交给我处理。
我与她谈话了解到, 她每次发现班上的同学带钱来, 就会出现莫名其妙的情绪: 心慌、紧张、焦虑, 上课注意力不集中, 有一种非把钱弄到手不可的强烈欲望。
她事后也忏悔过, 但还是不能够控制住自己, 屡次再犯。
她心理非常痛苦, 也曾怀疑自己是不是有病, 整天心神不定, 不能静下心来学习, 偶尔还想到去死。
从她的家庭了解到, 她在六、七岁时, 就开始有从家里大人钱包里拿钱的行为。
父母起初不在意, 后来发现问题严重, 就通过打骂的方式来教育她, 不但没有效果, 还增强了她拿钱的欲望, 见钱就想拿。
从这个小女孩的表现分析, 她的“偷盗”行为是由于一种严重的心理问题引起的。
在家长和班主任的积极配合下, 我对她采用了“系统脱敏法”和“厌恶疗法”等一系列有针对性的心理治疗方法, 来矫正她的这种不良行为, 收到了良好的效果。
在实施心理治疗的同时, 我鼓励她每天绘制“个人进步图表”, 每一周写一则“进步体会”。
通过这种方式让她看到自己的进步,使她增强矫正缺点的信心, 自控能力明显提高。
经过半年的努力, 她的精神面貌发生了根本性的改变, 情绪稳定, 充满自信, 心理症状基本消失, 不良行为得到有效的纠正, 各科学习成绩也突飞猛进。
小学阶段是学生个体人格形成的重要时期, 在成长中难免会出现一些不良行为。
这些行为有的缘于环境的因素, 有的缘于心理的因素, 以上这个例子就是一个由于心理因素诱发“偷盗”行为的实例。
她从“偷拿钱”的过程中体会到了一种心理满足, 这种心理满足对她产生极大的诱惑力, 使她逐渐产生心理上的依赖。
父母的痛打, 不仅未能使她这一行为消失, 反而起到强化的作用, 使之形成强迫思维, 出现严重的心理问题。
教师在处理这类问题时, 不要轻易定性为品德问题, 要深入调查研究, 认真分析学生的具体情况, 从学生心理方面寻找引发问题行为的真实原因, 选择科学有效的教育方式, 教给学生正确的自助方法, 帮助他们解决成长中出现的烦恼问题。
近年来, 虽然中小学生的心理教育已被放到了重要的位置, 但由于本身心理教育理论知识的不完善,一些老师在处理学生“偷盗”行为时, 没有从学生心理方面去寻找原因, 把一些由于心理问题导致的“偷盗”行为定性为学生品德问题, 运用道德教育的方法来处理学生心理问题, 不但没有取得预期的效果, 反而给学生的心理造成新的伤害, 影响了学生一生的成长。
[ 案例3]刘某, 男, 五年级学生, 单亲家庭独生子。
五年级的班主任向我反映: 本班学生刘某一直有偷钱的恶习, 今天进老师的办公室翻了几位老师的提包, 老毛病又犯了。
刘某被老师带到我办公室时, 我发现他的情绪非常激动, 眼睛里滚动着泪珠, 从孩子的眼里, 我似乎看到了他心理的委屈。
经过一个多小时的谈话得知, 刘某半年来一直承受着巨大的心理压力, 非常痛苦。
刘某说:“我曾经拿过一次同学的钱, 当天就请同学一起花光了。
当老师问我时, 我害怕同学知道后会看不起我, 更害怕妈妈的责骂, 所以就没敢承认。
当老师把妈妈请来学校时,我才不得不承认。
”“第二次班上又有同学丢了钱, 大家都怀疑是我,其实不是我拿的。
回家妈妈问我, 我没承认, 妈妈就用锥子扎我的手心, 我受不了就只好违心承认。
”“第三次, 班里的同学又丢了钱。
虽然不是我拿的, 但是老师一问我, 我就承认了, 我怕再一次被妈妈用锥子扎手。
”我说:“你应该把实情告诉老师, 老师会公正处理的。

刘某是一个在单亲家庭长大的孩子, 父母在他三岁的时候就离异了, 他随母亲生活。
母亲对他们的期望很高, 他在校的“不佳表现”使母亲非常失望, 气愤之极, 采用了过激的教育方式, 给他心理造成极大的伤害。
刘某由于自己的一次犯错, 而在班集体里失去了老师和同学的信任。

对这样的学生, 我们应该给予他更多的关爱和信任, 用教育者的爱心, 抚平他心灵的创伤, 给他创造一个健康发展的成长环境, 引导他树立正确的人生观和价值观。
人成长的过程, 是从不断地犯错误和不断地改正错误中走向成熟的过程。
学生犯了错误, 教师不应用固定眼光看待他们, 给他们贴上“坏学生”的标签, 这样非但不利于他们改正错误, 还会把他们推到继续犯错的泥坑里。

法律这个词在我的脑海中是神圣的，它就像一个守护神，伴随在我们身边，时时刻刻地保护着我们;法律，就像一张无形的大网，指引我们走向光明的道路;法律，就像，用它那火眼金睛，分辨黑白，惩恶扬善。
法律就在车水马龙的道路上，就在那肃穆的法庭上，就在那禁猪区那些举着猎-枪的人们心中。
法律无处不在，它就在我们身边。
从点点滴滴的小事到关乎命运的大事，都离不开法律，它与我们每一个人紧密相连。
今天的街道上显得格外拥挤，道路上满是汽车和自行车，汽车排出的尾气让人感觉很刺鼻，炙热的一昂光如火焰一样照射着，但路上仍然是井井有条，没有人闯红灯，交通十分流畅。
我穿过马路，心里感到十分欣慰，宽敞的马路上，人人都遵守着“法律”。
这是尽人皆知的法，深入人心的律，正是这样的法律让我们行走的如此流畅!记得有一部电影叫，讲的是警-察与在禁猎区里打猎的猎人周旋并成功捉获他们的故事，而在生活中，当猎人站在禁猎区，站在一群羚羊旁举着猎-枪准备射击时，有良知的人们一定会想起法律的制裁，也许他会无情的射击，也许他会放下猎-枪，与它们和平共处，希望他选择后者，放这些动物一条生路，否则法律的严惩正等着他们。
这是保护动物的法，富有爱心的律。
正是这样的法律才让我们看到充满生机的大草原。
每当做任何一件事，都要三思而后行，想想有没有违返纪律，如果没有，你大可放心去做，古语道：“以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”。
人类是离不开法律的，如果世界上没有了法律，那么交通变得多么乱啊，车子不按红绿灯行驶，那么就会伤害多少人，那小偷就会越来越多，法律伴着我成长，世界上离不开法律，那么我们人类就应该知法守法，不应该去做那些伤天害理的事情，更不应该做不守法律的人，如果我们都遵守法律，那么世界就没有被车撞死的人，那个个家庭都会幸福美满，那也不会有那么多的人坐牢，你如果做了不守法律的事，那你终究逃脱不了法律的制裁!在此，我倡议，我们每个同学都应该从遵守校纪校规和理解父母师长做起，从生活的经验教训中悟出实实在在的道理和做人的理想价值，立大志，苦学成才，学法守法，做一个伟大社会主义祖国的优秀公民。
