六月的天空云淡风轻，挽着时间的衣袖，弹指工作已四年。
遥想四年前的六月，摇曳着片片硕士服的身影，耳鬓厮磨着笑语欢声，眼帘垂映着秋月春花，三年的硕士求学一晃而过。
恰年少轻狂，风歌楚客，心与天比阔，然工作却意味着折叠稚嫩，收起幻想，背上梦想的行囊，一路南行…… 六月的上海热情似火。
第一次来到上海，就被她那车水马龙的闹市、美轮美奂的建筑所倾倒。
走进上海市农业科学院，来到食用菌研究所，钻进先进的实验室，换上朴素的工作服，很快进入了紧张而有序的工作中。
纵使棱角分明，但我有满腔的热情；纵使艰难前行，但我有顽强的毅力。
可以埋头实验室，一个实验结果的发现让我不再寂寞；可以独坐冷板凳，一篇科研论文的发表让我兴奋不已。
可以没有亲友的眷顾，同事是我依靠的臂膀；可以没有父母的爱怜，单位是我温暖的港湾。
五十年前，一群热血的开拓者，用强健的身躯为我们犁出一片沃土，用有力的双手为我们播撒下希望。
五十年后，经受了汗水和心血的浇灌，食用菌所这株幼苗已经枝繁叶茂。
在食用菌所工作的四年，是我见证食用菌所发展的四年。
四年里，每一个食用菌人都用踏实的脚印见证了单位步步走向辉煌。
食用菌所现有食用菌遗传工程、育种工程、栽培技术、深加工技术和食用菌信息等科研方向。
现有农业部和上海市科委的平台5个，就在前不久又刚刚成立了“国家食用菌工程技术研究中心”，这将为我所今后的发展提供更大、更宽的平台。
四年来，在市委、市政府的正确领导下，在各委办局的大力支持下，尤其在上海市农科院的直接带领下，食用菌所的各项事业取得了长足发展。
首先学科建设取得实现；其次科技人才队伍建设得到增强；再次科技创新能力和水平有较大幅度提高；四是科技服务工作取得良好社会效益；五是体制、机制创新逐步深入；六是党建和精神文明建设跨上新台阶。
特别值得一提的是“香菇育种新技术的建立与新品种的选育”获得2008年国家科技进步二等奖。
这一件件科研成果的取得，一项项荣誉奖励的获得，一个个研究平台的搭建都是全体食用菌人团结、协作、努力的结果。
鲜花和掌声已成为过去几年成绩的最好肯定。
我们始终坚信，成绩永远是我们前行的加油站，而并非休息点。
对于工作刚满四年的我，对食用菌领域的研究还远远不够，前辈们严谨的科研作风深深感动着我。
站在一个新的历史起点，面对下一个五年，我又能如何更好的完成本职工作呢
总是让心声装满期待，总是让梦想连着未来，“爱国从爱所做起，爱所从爱岗做起”，我们的心海，是一首纯真浪漫的歌谣，是一条绚丽缤纷的彩带，是跳动着不知疲倦的音符，是播种着充满希望的未来。
毅力和勇气可以战胜任何困难险阻，才华和勤奋才是梦想的捷径。
展望下一个五年，目标是明确的，工作是量化的，分工是具体的，前途是光明的。
下一个五年，我们的目标是把食用菌研究所建成国内领先、综合实力最强、国际著名的食用菌综合性院所。
回首昨天，我们问心无愧，尽管太多的无奈写在我们脸上，尽管太多的精力挥洒在昨日的历程；立足今日，我们胸有成竹，信心百倍；展望未来，我们引吭高歌，一路欢笑。
让我们擦亮眼睛，走出昨日逝去的岁月，点燃新的希望，放飞新的梦想。
风在静止时是无声的，那么就让我们年轻的心跳动起来吧
那样，风便有歌了；水在静止时是无言的，那么就让我们滚烫的血液奔腾吧
那样，水便欢笑了；山一直是沉默的，那么就让追梦的我们奋力拼搏吧
那样，我们的梦想定会实现。
我的演讲虽然结束了，但我意气奋发、刻苦钻研的激情将持久永续着。

共建“十二五” 共享新生活 各位领导，各位朋友：大家好
我今天演讲的题目是《共建“十二五” 共享新生活》 又是一年芳草绿，依然十里杏花红。
今年是“十二五”的开局之年，做好今年的工作，对实现机场设定建设“双枢纽”这一目标具有十分重要的意义。
广大职工群众是实现科学发展、加快转变经济发展方式的实践者和推动者，更是幸福美好生活的创造者。
国家政策的支持是大连机场底气十足的提出“双枢纽”目标的原因之一。
在民航局的“十二五”规划中，可以看到这样一句话--“加快发展枢纽机场，发挥大连机场东北振兴的作用”。
民航业相关关联产业的良好发展态势也为“双枢纽”目标的提出增加了信心实现“十二五”规划的目标任务是包括职工在内的广大人民群众的共同追求和奋斗目标，必须坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级，尊重职工群众主体地位，发挥职工群众首创精神，充分调动职工群众的积极性、主动性和创造性。
实现“十二五”规划目标任务，离不开我们广大职工的辛勤劳动，也为我们搭建了建功立业的广阔舞台。
深入开展形势政策任务宣传教育活动，进一步坚定理想信念，切实增强主人翁责任感和使命感，不断提高思想道德和科学文化素质，广泛开展创先争优建功立业劳动竞赛活动，最大限度地激发劳动热情和创造活力，在推动科学发展、促进社会和谐中展示年轻一代工人阶级的时代风采。
开展劳动竞赛是新时期提高职工素质、维护职工发展权的客观需求，是工会组织服务科学发展、服务职工群众的一项重要载体，也是各级工会组织和广大职工为加快经济发展方式转变作贡献的重要工作切入点。
紧紧围绕“十二五”规划的主题、主线和我市经济社会发展的目标任务，广泛开展创先争优建功立业竞赛活动，引导广大职工立足本职岗位、争创一流业绩。
为完成我市“十二五”规划开局之年目标任务作出新贡献，以优异成绩迎接中国共产党成立90周年。

因此，对于即将升入高中的我们，更应该好好珍惜这段宝贵的时光充实自己,把自己的理想变为势不可当的动力
