求一篇3分钟关于日本动漫的演讲稿

众所周知，中国的动漫产业发展的并不理想，蓝猫一类的劣质动画充斥着大陆的动漫市场，所以我们无奈的转向了日本的动漫。
事实上，中国大陆是很有动漫发展潜力的，我们有无数的动漫爱好者，有大量的动漫学校，培养了大批的动画人才，而且无论是在技术上还是在创意上，大陆都绝对不输给日本，这么好的条件为什么中国动漫就是不好看呢
首先是资金问题，俗话说：巧妇难为无米之炊，没有钱什么也干不成。
中国动漫就是个血淋林的例子。
在日本，一部动画制作一集ova的资金最高能达到几百万日元，合成人民币大概也有几十万，几十万阿!在大陆能伸到几十万的估计得要50集左右的动画，而且是很少的，经常中国制作一部动画的经费还不到日本制作一集ova的零头。
做不出高质量的东西就可以理解了。
第二就是人才的流失，还是那句话，巧妇难为无米之炊，没有人也什么都干不了，中国那么多的动画学校培养出那么多动画人才都去哪里了
很简单，都去日本这类动漫大国了。
看看日本动画的资源配置就明白，那些工作组里干活的几乎全是中国人。
那里有优厚的待遇，宽松的条件，而且有很多风格的片子供你选择，不去那里才怪呢。
当然，有人说我们没有钱一样能做出优秀的动画，的确，当年的大闹天宫，哪吒闹海都是在极其艰苦的条件下制作出来的经典。
但是那是特殊时期的特殊产物
按照现在的条件，完全可以花很少的钱，作出一部能和《全金属狂潮》嫔美的动画，甚至说这根本不是什么难事，但是为什么没有做呢
原因就出在最后的审核机构-----广电总局身上，广电总局掌管中国大陆所有广播电视和音像制品的生杀大权，像全金属那样的片子，24分钟基本能删到17分钟，也就是说把所有的有关暴力血腥（甚至只是轻微暗示）的内容统统删掉，再把剧本改得一塌糊涂，这样一来，一部完整的动画就被肢解了，原来的精髓全部流失，这样的动画谁会觉得好看
EVA引进中国后，本来的26话被改成了13话，几乎是一话打一个使徒，然后就完了。
大家都知道，EVA最大的精华就在于那些长达几分钟的定格场面和大量的人物独白，而广电总局恰恰删掉了这些东西，最残忍的悲剧就是把美好的东西撕裂，EVA就是这样。
另外不得不提的是，动画真正赚钱的并不是动画本身，而是其相关的周边产品，日本的BANDAI公司就是很好的榜样，一部好的动画，即使是十几年前的冷饭也能找到新的商机。
中国商人却很少看到这一点，为什么像蓝猫这种劣质的动画能在中国播了将近10年而继续在做，就是因为他转到了钱，而且适合给5岁左右的小孩子看，真正的关键是他迎合了广电总局的口味，所以广电总局就大力支持并推行，导致出现了大量类似的劣质动画。
综上所述，如果没有开放的观念，真正意识到动漫商业价值的商人，开放的政策，中国动漫产业几乎不可能发展起来。

这样的人，才会被人尊重，受人欢迎。
文明礼仪要注重平时，从小培养，形成良好习惯。
有句老话：“少成若天性，习惯成自然。
”“刘备三顾茅庐”的故事说明只有尊重别人，才能受到别人的尊重和信赖，在事业上才能获得成功。
周恩来一生鞠躬尽瘁，为了党和人民的事业贡献了毕生精力，但每次外出视察工作，离开当地时总是亲自和服务员、厨师、警卫员和医护人员等一一握手道谢。

一些人认为，现代社会讲个人自由，懂不懂文明礼仪没关系，只要学习好、工作好、有真本事就行了。
现代社会的确尊重个人的选择，自由度大了，然而对人的文明礼仪要求更高，因为文明礼仪是社会文明程度的重要标志。
现代社会“大雅之堂”越来越多，谁也不会愿意成为难登“大雅之堂”的人。
日本家庭教育非常重视对子女的教育。
母亲做好了饭没告诉孩子吃，孩子是不能自己先吃的。
孩子在吃饭前，必须先说一声“那就不客气了”。
孩子每次离家或归家都有一套礼仪规矩。
孩子每次出门都要和父亲、母亲说一声“我走了”，每次回家进门都要说一声“我回来了”。
日本孩子文明礼仪行为已成为他们的习惯。
在日本这个国家都有严格的礼仪习惯，更何况我们这个有着五千年文化的历史古国呢。
现在，我们国家对文明礼仪越来越重视，比如推行文明礼仪操；出版《文明礼仪普及读本》；开展“首都市民文明礼仪风采大赛”等丰富多彩的活动。
一次我在街上，看见四个八、九岁的小孩正在把盲道上的自行车移开，他们额头上的汗珠一颗接一颗地往下流，可他们无暇顾及。
看到这一幕，我想任何人都会被他们所感动。
这件事足以证明我国文明礼仪教育取得的成绩。
文明的举止，文明的行为，加上恬静、幽雅、舒适的环境，浓郁的文化氛围，会启迪莘莘学子去不断探索，求知。
好的文明礼仪习惯，可以影响你的学习，你的生活，甚至将来的一生都将受用不尽，那我们何乐而不为呢
只有具有深厚的底蕴、幽雅的谈吐、得体的举止，才能称得上真正有内涵的美。

私と日本语幼い时に私はいつもファミコンをやっていました、あの时から日本语のゲームばかりやり始めました。
それで、だんだん日本语の勉强に兴味を持つようになって、アニメ流行りの高校时代から今まで日本语を饱きずに独学してきました。
