新中国成立以来，我国的科技发展突飞猛进，、断手再植、杂交水稻、爆炸原子弹和氢弹、发射人造卫星和飞船等等，这些令世人瞩目的科技成就，大大缩短了我国和先进国家的科学技术的差距，为我国的现代化建设注入了活力。
人类的智慧是无限的，无论是美国的挑战者号爆炸，还是全球计算机病毒的升级，从来都不能阻止人类的科技进步。
“知识就是力量”，培根这句脍炙人口的格言不知激励了多少渴求知识的人。
如今，让我们也用它来勉励自己，做一个热爱科学的新一代，担起新世纪的重任，为我们祖国的明天，谱写出更加辉煌的诗篇

我们也许可以说GRE、GMAT获得了高分的学员有可能智商高，但更重要的还是他们的努力，他们具有专心致志不认输的精神，不断努力直到考到自己满意的分数。
从他们身上我看到了自己的影子。
我不是一个智商很高的人，如果智商很高，我就不至于考三年才考上北大，也不至于在每次考试前还要比其他同学多学很长时间。
我在小时候就有这样的感觉，我有很好的自然环境，家在长江边的我有得天独厚的优势，可以在江边上看江里的船来船往。
当一个人有了向往远方的心的时候，他的脚一定会向远方迈去，于是就有了我这样的贫困孩子一年一年地考北大的故事。
虽然在北大以全班倒数第五名绩毕业，但我努力地将新东方办成了全中国最大的英语培训学校。
我始终相信人的梦想和激情会带领你走向远方。
我到美国大使馆一次一次被拒签的时候，也曾灰心丧气过，觉得世界上可能除了阿富汗再也不会有别的国家给我签证了。
不过我现在的护照上有十多个国家，美国给我的是有效期十年的商务签证。
