6S就是整理（SEIRI）、整顿（SEITON）、清扫（SEISO）、清洁（SEIKETSU）、素养（SHITSUKE）、安全（SECURITY）六个项目，因均以“S”开头，简称6S。
6S起源于日本，通过规范现场、现物，营造一目了然的现场环境，培养员工良好的工作习惯，其最终目的是提升人的品质：革除马虎之心，养成凡事认真的习惯（认认真真地对待工作中的每一件“小事”、每一个细节。
），养成遵守规定的习惯，养成自觉维护现场环境整洁明了的良好习惯，养成文明礼貌的习惯。
本人认为，推行6S管理要做到以下几点
一要全员参与，从我做起。
6S管理不是个别部门和领导的事情，而是全体员工都要参与的变革，因为6S涉及的范围广，内容丰富，是针对人的一种管理方法，只有从上到下把此项工作作为重点落到实处，才能达到6S管理的目的。
同时每个员工都要树立从我做起的观念，积极主动地做6S管理的实践者和推动者，逐步养成文明良好的工作态度和生活习惯。
二要消除分歧、达成共识。
没有达成共识，对6S心存疑虑，是6S管理的最大障碍。
在实际推行过程中，总是有人提出各种借口强调理由。
这些分歧都是因为没有达成共识造成的。
孙子兵法云“上下同欲者，胜”。
可见统一认识的是非常重要的。
做好6S达成共识一是克服自以为是的排斥心理；二是要认识到6S对于任何人任何企业都需要的，是提升员工个人素养和提高企业管理水平的有效方法。
三要深入持久，防止松懈。

爱护校园，从小事做起 每们跨入校园大门，走向宿舍，步入教室你们感觉到好像走进自己的另一个家一样。
我校大部分学生整天生活、学习在校园里，同学们感到在学校这个大家园里要比自己的小家园还要亲切、快乐、高兴。
是的，校园就是你们的家，你们将在这里学习、生活、成长。
我们每位同学都是这个校园里的一名成员，都有维护校园的义务和责任。
作家说：环境是心灵的港湾，画家说：环境是灵感的源泉，军事家说：环境是制胜的法宝，教育家说：环境是塑造人的摇篮，学生则说：环境是保证我们学习的必要条件。
大家都知道环境对于我们的重要性。

碧绿的草坪，干净的走廊，洁白的墙壁，艳丽的花朵……那一样不是我们渴望见到的呢
可是，我们校园中却有少数同学肆意破坏着这美丽的环境。
校园楼梯及道路上的各种食品包装，花丛的各种饮料瓶，教室的话梅核……这些都是少数同学“赐予”的“点缀”，使我们优美洁净的环境遭到破坏，那种感觉就像是一张白纸被胡乱画了几道黑印。
同学们看在眼里就不觉得别扭了吗
不，我想大家都一定觉得这样糟透了。
那我们为何不去阻止它，改变它呢
这美丽的环境属于我们每一个人，我们每一个人就都应该去保护它。
那么怎样做才能使我们的校园环境文明优雅呢
要做到三个到位： 1、思想认识到位：树立校园就是家园的思想，校园是我家，人人爱护它。
我校于2005年被评为省示范学校， 同学们也看到了，学校经常组织人员，投资人力、物力，为楼道、墙壁粉刷一新，就好像同学们穿上新衣服一样漂亮。
校园的绿化、美化要靠全体师生的共同努力来完成，同学们要象爱惜自己的新衣服和新居室一样爱护校园里的一草一木、一砖一瓦，争当维护校园环境的模范。
校荣我荣，人人为校园建设增砖添瓦，为在这样一个美好的校园中学习和生活而感到骄傲和自豪。
2、行为规范到位：在校园中行为要规范，应从小事做起，从一点一滴做起。
我校新生入学时都接受了入学教育。
如出入校门规定、教室规则、住宿生管理规定、饭厅买饭、吃饭时的细则以及在校园、厕所、楼道等部位都提出了详细的要求和说明。
我们组织同学们反复学习了《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》，要求同学们都背下来。
班主任也千叮咛万嘱咐的强调行为规范。
可以说，日常行为规范是天天讲、时时讲、处处讲。
可是，我们每位同学到底能记住多少，理解几点，做到几条，每位同学都要反思。
3、遵规守纪到位：全国十大法官尚秀云审判长说道：“违法都是从违纪开始的”违纪也是由小事引起的。
俗话说：“千里之堤，溃于蚁穴”。
我们不要忽视一些小小的违纪，今天只扣了一分，无所谓；明天就可能扣五分；今天能骂街，明天就可能打架；任何事情都是由轻到重，由量变到质变。
我们必须按《中学生日常行为规范》去做，严格遵守学校的各项管理制度。
在家做一个好孩子，在校做一名好学生，在社会做一个文明的小公民。
我们该不该这样的随意的破坏我们自己所生活的环境，该不该把废物丢在地上；该不该破坏洗手间的水龙头；该不该在雪白的墙上留下球印或手印。
那么，我们又该不该去爱护、保护我们自己所生活的环境；该不该捡起地上的每一张纸或食品包装；该不该去阻止那些我们所厌恶的没有道德的行为
我想我们的同学的回答都是肯定的，改正不良行为，不能只是靠老师，学生会的检查强制实现，同学们应该自觉提高环保意识。
用实际行动爱护并保护我们校园的环境。
让我们从我做起，从自己身边做起，从日常点滴做起，。
保护校园环境，人人有责。
我们要用爱心去关注环境的变化，用热情去传播环保的观念，用行动肩负起环保的重任。

清晨，当我们兴高采烈的踏进学校大门时，一天紧张而又愉快的校园生活便开始了。

我身边的科学 我研究的问题是：“为什么含羞草会害羞
”和为什么人们称它为含羞草
我从网上找来资料说：“含羞草叶枕基部，有一个较为膨大的组织，叫做：“叶枕”。
叶枕里充满着水分，经常胀得鼓鼓的，保持着很大的压力，而且下半部比上半部的压力大。
含羞草对外界十分敏感，用冰块接入它的小叶，或者把香烟喷在它的叶片上，它们都会发生反应。
有人观察，含羞草传达刺激的速度为每分钟 10 厘米左右，可以通过茎传达到距离 50 厘米的叶柄上和叶片，含羞草如此敏感，对它的生长是十分有利的。
而含羞草的名字据：“十万个为什么”：“说当用手指碰一下含羞草，叶子受到震动，叶枕下部细胞里的水分立即会向上部和两侧流去。
于是，叶枕下部凹陷，上部鼓起来，小叶相互合拢，叶柄低垂下去，就像姑娘害羞似的。
但是过一会儿，它又逐渐恢复原状“含羞草”就是这样得名的。
我的感想：通过这次的研究和查资料，我才发现科学根本不难学，也并不神秘。
只需要用善于观察的眼睛、用勤于思考的大脑和乐于实践的双手去发现，观察和思考就能找到科学。
科学就在我身边，让我们一起去寻找科学吧。

Well, I do have a double room with one occupant, admitted the manager, and he might be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth, he snores so loudly that people in adjoining rooms have complained in the past. I'm not sure it'd be worth it to you. No problem, the tired traveler assured him. I'll take it. The next morning, John came down to breakfast bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. When asked about how he slept, he replied, Never better. The manager was impressed. No problem with the other guy snoring, then? Nope. I shut him up in no time. How'd you manage that? He was already in bed, snoring away, when I came in the room, John said.
