同学们，你们还记得春节晚会上那动人的舞蹈——《千手观音》吗
看完精彩的节目，你们可能很难想象它是由聋哑女孩邰丽华领着20位聋哑演员排练出来的。
《千手观音》这个节目，整齐度是非常难的，因为21个人的手呈现出来千手这种姿态的时候，每个人手要非常准确的到位，你高一点低一点都不允许的，手的姿态必须统一，一在哪，二在哪，三在哪，都必须非常准确，有一点不到位就会影响了整个画面。
这个舞蹈甚至要求二十个人的呼吸就像一个人一样，呼吸不能有快慢，否则会影响动作整齐划一。
为了达到这样的效果，排练时，邰丽华等二十名聋哑演员每天都一起围着录音机，趴在地上，把耳朵贴在地板上，贴在音响上来感受音乐的节拍，并通过手语老师的分解音乐，来练习音乐的旋律和身体的韵律，他们就是这样通过这种律动来感受音乐的节拍。

乙：请大家听一听万观锋朗读张海迪的事迹。
（学生朗读） 张海迪 5 岁时因患脊髓血管瘤，高位截瘫，她因此没有进过学校，童年时就开始以顽强的毅力自学知识，她先后自学了小学、中学、大学的专业课程。
张海迪 15 岁时随父母下放聊城莘县一个贫穷的小山村，但她没有惧怕艰苦的生活，而是以乐观向上的精神奉献自己的青春。
在那里给村里小学的孩子们教书，并且克服种种困难学习医学知识，热心地为乡亲们针灸治病，在莘县期间，她无偿地为人们治病一万多人次，受到人们的热情赞誉。
1983 年，海迪走上了文学创作的道路，她以顽强的毅力克服疾病和困难，精益求精地进行创作，执着地为文学而战，至今已出版的作品有：长篇小说《轮椅上的梦》、《绝顶》。
散文集《鸿雁快快飞》、《向天空敞开的窗口》、《生命的追问》。
翻译作品《海边诊所》、《丽贝卡在新学校》、《小米勒旅行记》、《莫多克——一头大象的真实故事》等。
她的作品在社会上在青少年中引起了很强的反响，长篇小说《轮椅上的梦》已经在日本、韩国出版。
1991 年张海迪在做过癌症手术后，继续以不屈的精神与命运抗争，她开始学习哲学专业研究生课程。
经过不懈的努力她写出了论文《文化哲学视野里的残疾人问题》。
1993 年，她在吉林大学哲学系通过了研究生课程考试，并通过了论文答辩，被授予硕士学位。
张海迪以自身的勇气证实着生命的力量，正像她所说的“像所有矢志不渝的人一样，我把艰苦的探询本身当作真正的幸福。
”她以克服自身障碍的精神为残疾人进入知识的海洋开拓了一条道路。
张海迪多年来还做了大量的社会工作，她以自己的演讲和歌声鼓舞着无数青少年奋发向上。
她也经常去福利院，特教学校，残疾人家庭，看望孤寡老人和残疾儿童，给他们送去礼物和温暖。
近年来，她为下乡的村里建了一所小学，帮助贫困和残疾儿童治病读书，还为灾区和孩子们捐款，捐献自己的稿酬六万余元。

什么是幸福

那些天生残疾的人尚且没有埋怨老天的残忍和不公，仍然为了能够更好地生存而在不断地奋斗着，那么拥有健全的肢体，聪明大脑的我们，又有什么理由去怨天尤人呢
记得我读中学的时候，爆发了美伊战争和轰炸南联盟事件。
看着电视新闻里每天不断变化的战况，我感到很庆幸，庆幸的是我身在强大的中国，而非伊拉克或是南联盟，我们的国家保证着我的生命和财产不受外敌的侵害，我用不着成天提防着导弹的袭击。
路上遇到人民警察的时候，我会感到特别地亲切，因为是他们用辛劳维护了整个社会的稳定和安宁，让我不必担心歹徒的肆意侵挠。
